Good experience at this Panera located at the Crossings in Corona. It shares the same parking as the theatres, Chipotle, D-Vine restaurant. Staff here are good and friendly. Not as efficient as other Panera locations but you can tell they try their hardest to keep orders and lines moving when it's busy. There's now a bathroom code installed so you have to ask for the code. Codes are different for men and females restrooms. Food tasted good. I got the frontega chicken panini and it was delicious. On the app you can customize so I added extra veggies and protein (this one was additional cost) to make an even heartier meal. They have indoor and outdoor dining area so it's good that there's always a table available. There are outdoor tables near the large fountain so you can get some relaxing vibes as well. read more

Been coming to Panera for years. Today half my family wanted it and the other half wanted Chipotle. So we decided to bring out Chipotle into Panera and join our other family. After we were almost ready to leave a worker came and told us not to bring outside food or drink in even though my wife even bought a cookie to go with her Chipotle. I think it's unnecessary to tell us that we can't eat here with our 2 Chipotle meals. read more

Yikes! This Panera has gone downhill. I ordered for delivery and it arrived on time. We were right down the street from the Panera, so not a far delivery. I was missing items and the quality of food was poor. I was missing the 4 French baguettes. The bread on the two Mediterranean Veggies was soggy. Soggy bread on a sandwich ruins the whole sandwich. The avocado was missing from the sandwiches. I picked off the bread that was soggy and tried to eat some of it to salvage what was left of the sandwich. The Summer Salad had brown lettuce and was so gross. The fruit on top was slimy and mushy. We couldn't eat the salad at all. Overall, just really bad food quality. Then tell me to order online and give them my card number after I say IM ON THE FREEWAY AND CANT, I continue to come in once arrived and get the NASTIEST attitude from them. I usually LOVE this location , tip and never get told anything about MY SERVICE DOG who clearly wears her service animal harness, but then get given half my order barely portioned, while shes in the back talking to them about my my order . Everyone else was polite but I assume they were upset I came late which I understand but that attitude is a reason I would not recommend nor come back here and am giving such a low rating. It's customer service. Being Polite and respectful is apart of the job description. I am always polite but frok the first phone convo I knew this person was going to be rude and make it an issue to eat here. Then I found out after getting my order my number was not even really taken and they also were trying to have me pay more by adding on a drink I DID NOT ASK FOR... extremely disappointed and annoyed by this visit. Good place for breakfast and lunch or even a light dinner. I came in to pick up a couple of bagels. The bagels are reasonably priced but to add cream cheese to the bagel adds nearly 2 extra dollars to the bagel. Oddly enough, a tub of cream cheese is under $4, so if you're getting 2 or more bagels, buy the tub instead of having them add it directly to the bagel. I really like Panera but today two things concerned me: (1) the sticky floor near the to-go waiting area (and this is just after 8:00am); and (2) the guy that took my order had on gloves since he was handling pastries as I walked up. He took my order touching the register screen, I paid for the order with cash which he accepted while still wearing the same gloves, gives me my change from the cash drawer and then I see him grab bagels from the bin without changing gloves!! The taste is always comforting and my favorites are always there. My favorites are the Hibiscus tea, the breadbowl soups, orange scone, and avocado/turkey sandwich. This one was very clean and the staff are very friendly. I tried the caprese sandwich because I had a coupon on my app and it hit the spot (I am a melted cheese lover). I don't know why there aren't better reviews here! My friend and I have been going to Panera and having our Panera Days every 4-6 weeks and we love it here. The cafe is clean, staff is friendly, especially Cristina! She is the Team Manager there and we cannot say enough about her customer service. She is always friendly, helpful and just a wonderful human! We wish everyone in the customer service field could learn from her. As for the food, we love the variety. We are bummed they took the Jalapeno bagels away but all the other bagels are wonderful. And I love that they offer the feast, which helps in the pocket book. This Panera location is just too convenient for me that I didn't aware of its existence until now, located in a big shopping center, this one also looking huge, very spacious inside, not sure what used to be before, but the way they set up all their tables, it actually has a lot of tight and corner spaces but they fitted in a zigzag formation, which is good, giving people more privacy. Everything looking nice and clean, kiosk located by the front register instead of placing them by the entrance, no sign of asking for your servers, all the cups located right in front of the counter, you can just pay and grab them as you please. I kinda like this idea, they are unique compared to others Panera. Definitely stop by again if it's on the way. read more

Disgusting. Poverty food hall soup kitchen this place is. Consistently out of everything. Soups from a bag. Place is smelly especially by the drink station and filthy there too. Once upon a time Panera was a cute little cafe, now they are a corporate hospital grade food hall. Even the servers are not trained well. If you're out of the breads the sandwiches belong on , The least you can do is offer a complimentary pastry or beverage. Also out of the baguette my daughter loves to get with her Mac n cheese. My experience at Panera was different than two years ago, The food was still great, the people were kind, and the bathrooms were clean, my only issue was this, The time we went their, their was eight different people taking eight different booths, Their was only one table that I saw with food plates, BUT THESE people were studying, looking on their computers, It seems that their should be a time limit, to the booth usage, Their are homes to study in and their is also the Library to study, I asked the server if she new of the time people were taking up booths, she told me, her manager said first come first serve, their was a fast food place down the road where you could go inside to eat, they had a sign on the wall, NO LOITERING, 30 min only to sit and eat. The chairs that Panera are hard the booths are more comfortable for the older people. Every thing changes, I do not no why the younger people could be more sensitive to the older people.I doubt something will be done, but I just had to ventilate. Thank you read more

I DoorDashed a BLT grilled chicken sandwich and received an entirely different sandwich. I called the store to confirm that they're not out of the sandwich I originally wanted and to let them know about the mess up and that I will resend the order so we can try this again. The woman I spoke to on the phone was rude and needs a better attitude, the way she speaks is repulsive. she clearly treats customers poorly because she's miserable at her job. I have been a long-standing customer of Panera. Today was pretty upsetting, and it upset me enough that I am sharing my experience as a warning for anyone who places a mobile order. I placed a large mobile order from Panera from my family today after a long day of a volleyball tournament. I had 3 hungry kids and 4 hungry adults. As soon as the order was processed, I received a prompt that there was a new estimated pickup time for my order; a whole hour later! I contacted the store to find out if this was accurate. I kept my calm even after hearing from the store manager that it would indeed take 1 hr due to the order size. I had my husband drive to the location at the hour mark. He informed me that he needed the order # because it appeared that the order was not there. I sent a screenshot of the order number. He spoke with the store manager, who explained that no one verified the order number with the guest who took my large order. Another guest with the same last name took my order! The manager proceeded to explain to my husband that they would re-make the order. I asked if they offered to do anything in an attempt to rectify their error. He told me they offered to provide additional pastries. I called the store immediately. It took several phone calls before I got a live person on the phone. Luckily, it was the same store manager that I spoke with earlier. He reiterated the same, nothing else he could do. I explained how upsetting it was to not be taken seriously as a customer. My order was about $190. After waiting on hold for some time, he informed me that half my order was being refunded. It's upsetting that I had to go through all of that. The customer service was definitely lacking. When our food made it home, we realized the order was wrong. Some of the soups ordered were not there and were switched for a different type. I dont know that I will go back to this store. I shouldn't have needed to call to plead my case about getting a partial refund, considering that they are the ones that wronged them. I reiterate that the most upsetting part is the customer service. It appeared that my order was not important enough and they didnt care about any attempt at making it right until I told them I was upset. It shouldn't have to ever come to that point. Clearly keeping customers happy is not a priority. I am just ONE of many, right? read more

If I could give Zero stars I would. The level of disrespect shown by Hugo, who identifies himself as the manager, towards my wife and daughter, completely overshadows anything else about the establishment. Apparently Panera recently changed their menu, or at least the recipe with some of their sandwiches. My wife, not knowing this, inadvertently did not select "remove" of pub-style mustard on a turkey sandwich meant for a 7 year old. After the first bite, she realized what was going on and returned to the counter to ask for the sandwich to be remade. Insert Hugo. Apparently Hugo has made some life choices which resulted in him reaching his professional ceiling- working the day shift at Panera. His response to the situation was to tell my wife it was her fault the sandwich was wrong. She accepted not knowing the menu had changed(after another Panera colleague informed her) but again requested the sandwich be remade. After 10 minutes of waiting, she asked if it would be much longer to which Hugo informed her she was just going to have to wait until, as he announced to the restaurant, after he "cleared his board of the 6 other orders, then he would remake her sandwich since it wasn't his fault it was made wrong." Left at the mercy of the all powerful Hugo, she returned to the table, empty handed. Other Panera colleagues saw the situation and offered a complimentary pastry for my daughter to snack on, but the damage was done. My wife reduced to tears, the sandwich was finally delivered almost half an hour later, and at least I'm sure Hugo felt satisfied his mission was fulfilled, to have control over perhaps the only thing he has influence over. I sincerely hope this is not the behavior Panera expects their leaders to model. We will not be supporting this restaurant chain going forward. read more

I absolutely love the food here! The staff is friendly, and the manager Chase has his priorities straight & truly values his customers (& their opinions). I highly recommend you eat here - everything is fresh & made to order - not greasy like fast food. The bread is so soft, macaroni so creamy. She allowed us ample time to review the menu to make our choices while multi-tasking the desserts and overall she just was very pleasant. Her energy set the tone for our lunch, which was as always very tasty! I do just wish my bowl of chicken noodle soup was a bit more filled as my mother's but otherwise, I have no complaints. This location is a little better than others. The location offers plenty of parking, a nice setting and a good selection of items. Panera locations all seem to be messy. The floors are not always clean and the chairs are mismatched which is strange. People seem to visit here and hang out for a while. It reminds me of Starbucks with a full menu. I don't get it, we left a busy restaurant because it was way too busy on Mother's Day and came to a Panera on Cajalco. It was not busy and to wait (23 minutes and counting) for a bagel, grilled cheese and a ciabatta sandwich is ridiculous. What makes this more upsetting is that they had food piled up on the line behind the large counter just sitting there getting cold and they are still handing it to customers this way. 26 minutes and counting.
