The customer service was good for the most part. At least in the way... that the guy that took my order was nice and polite. Yet, they really should tell customers that their value boxes are sort of a rip off. I know they can't do that. Yet they really should call it a children's meal. The portion is ridiculously small!!! Much smaller than a kids meal at McDonald's!!! there's almost no lettuce or vegetables in the sandwich. I got the chicken Caesar wrap. Plus, they don't tell you that you have to specify sweet potato fries. Even though it's in the picture that they're advertising. They don't ask you what you want. Im happy we have a Habit nearby. I have visited this location probably 4-5 times and never had a bad experience. I love their app! from time to time, you get very nice coupons and promotions. Habit's burger doesnt disappoint. I always like how juicy the patty is. Lettuce and tomatoes taste fresh and buns are soft. Ambiance seems good, good music not too loud. The dining room is clean for the most part. The kitchen and counter do seem understaffed. Perhaps having more personel will have the dining room exceptional. Habit Burger Grill has always been my fave fast food burger place, yes, even over In N Out. But one thing I've been having trouble with lately with the Habit is they can't seem to melt the damn cheese on my Double Charburger with cheese. I couple of times I even asked specifically when placing my order inside the dining room, please make sure the cheese is melted! The last couple of times the cheese STILL wasn't melted. Geeze, how hard can that be, put the cheese on after the first flip! So, this time I tried again and asked the cheese be melted, and told the cashier, if it's not, it's going back! The last 2 times I just ate the unmelted cheese. So, finally, my Double Charburger with cheese and added grilled onions came out with the cheese actually melted! Now THAT'S the way it's supposed to be! I was able to totally enjoy my scrumptious char flavored burger to the fullest! Here's a pro tip when you eat a Charburger, eat it meat side down, basically upside down, that way te char flavored meat will hit your tongue first and the flavor will be more intense and flavorful over all the veggies in the burger. My hubby and I decided to get the Santa Barbara char and the Oreo and Banana shake. One side of the Santa Barbara bread gets really soggy if it sits longer than 5 minutes. The portion of the salad was just right and reasonable and pricing as well. Compared to some other locations that I ordered a salad from and it was more plain. I did an online order with them for a pick up at 10 after 12 and they informed that they would send me a text message when my order is ready. They sent me a text message stating that my order would be ready 20 after 12. And so by the time I pulled up checked in for my phone I actually received my order at 17 after 12. I could say this is a good place and utilizing their online ordering system curbside system as well as getting a good bite to eat. What a complete shit show this place is. Ordered a $40 family meal online. I placed my order at 3:44 exactly. The email I received said it would be ready at 3:50 (6 minutes) which I thought was rather quick for such a large order. Since I live less than 5 minutes away I left immediately. The email I received said I would receive a text when my order was ready so I sat in my car in the parking lot and waited. And waited. And waited. And waited some more until I finally realized that a half an hour had passed and everyone else who showed up after me was getting their food. Since there were quite a few people in and around the store I figured maybe they were just really busy or those people had placed their orders before I did. Finally after 30 minutes, I walked in and stood there for another 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When I asked about my order they pointed to the end of the counter like "there it is". I asked why I never got a text and it was like the 3 stooges all pointing fingers at each other and nobody had an answer. Then the young guy tells me "you ordered for pick-up" after I told him I'd been siting outside for a half an hour. Yeah, genius, I know how tf I ordered. I never said anything about bringing it out to me. So I showed him my email (pictured) and said see that there? See where it says I'll receive a text when my order is ready? He just kind of shrugged his shoulders and walked away! Then the older lady sounded like she was legitimately DRUNK. I'm not exaggerating. I'm not trying to be mean, but maybe she's had a stroke or something, but she was clearly slurring her words and moving in what I can only describe as an intoxicated manner. Then they ask if I want them to remake everything. Note to management.... When you screw up an order of that size which costs that much, you DON'T ASK! You JUST DO IT! Or you simply offer a refund to go with the screwed up order. At that point I was so furious I couldn't even speak. I just grabbed my stuff and left. So, I get home and all 4 orders of fries are soft and soggy, not extra crispy as I had ordered them. All 4 burgers were extremely mushy and lukewarm at best. And two of them had no bacon, despite the fact that I had ordered all 4 with bacon. The salad looked wilted and barely had any toppings. Literally the only thing worthwhile was the shake I bought.
