    Saw this 4Runner last week, and now it has a fake sales price. Deceptive ! Wouldn't have noticed if I wasn't considering it, but not now.

    Well where do I begin, been coming to this dealership since I was taking care of by Doug he's was great in sales now today I had the honors of being serviced by AG this was a nice and smooth sale literally I loved my current car but just wanted to upgrade in the year and there she was SnowFlake even names her with all I needed. I must say this was easier then I expected it be. Paul was great too and made sure I was sold what was best in my interest. Although some hiccups came along the way and wasn't to please after long thought I was 100% keeping my vehicle they sold it to me at a good price I looked around and couldn't find anything as good and plus didn't want the hassle buying from out of town. Confident with my sales guy AG. I knew my decision was right thank you Haddad for making sure my family and I are riding right !!

    Absolutely horrible! Ive taken my truck to get serviced for 3 years now just because it is the only Dodge dealership in town and everytime they are terrible! The customer service is terrible and they lack communication! I had to have my truck towed because it was completely dead and when I got to the dealership one of the service representatives said just give me your key and your hood to go. My truck did not start or have any power so I dont even know if my truck got locked prior to the dealership closing. Someone could have stole something or vandalized my truck. I never got a call letting me know my truck was checked in, nor did I get a call saying what was wrong with my truck. I just received a call saying my truck was ready and the service representative would let me know what they did. I showed up the next day to get my truck and the service representative pointed and said to go pick up my key at the cashier. Did not tell me what was wrong with my truck or walk me to the cashier. After signing paper work and trying to figure out what they did a worker came with my key fob and pointed across the lot and said your truck is over there. The lot is completely full of cars so he expected me to know where they parked it. After walking around a bit looking for my truck I finally found it and noticed a bunch of scratches on both sides of my front end. I immediately went to find the service manager. As I approached him I let him know the situation so far and ask for him to follow me so I could show him what happened. He took pictures and said he will handle it and he would call me on Monday to set up an appointment for me to come in to get my truck buffed out. Mind you this was on a Friday and it is currently a week this issue has happened. Apparently Management does not care, Haddad Dodge does not care about their customers or their investments that people work hard for.

    It's dirty as hell after paying $100 you'd think they would wash it !!!

    Took my truck to get an oil change and the advisor doesn't even mention any specials. they have on oil change, but I browse and see they have special 2/ $100, so then I call him and tell him you have a coupon can I use it and he says no because it's already closed since your trucks is already ready ,so I call the cashier who was really nice Maria and she says don't worry about it,I got you my thing is the advisor should be the one that's selling it and helping out. What's the point of having you if you can't go ahead and try to help us out on saving money and bringing you business they suck.!! Not to mention I pick up my truck and it's filthy , they didn't even wash it like they usually do!!

    Service is terrible I brought in my truck because check engine light came on. It's ridiculous 200 dollars for a scan.

We were told multiple times the car would be ready "in an hour," but after waiting for hours, we left and were promised delivery--which didn't happen. The next day, the car still wasn't properly prepped: it wasn't washed or detailed, and the ResistAll we paid for hadn't been applied. Disappointing experience overall compared to our past visits. That said, I do want to recognize the positives. Daniel in finance worked hard to get us to a number we were comfortable with, and Gary caught details that saved us nearly $700 in registration fees. A special thank you to Cooper, who took initiative to resolve our issues and concerns and truly turned the experience around--he treated us like family, made sure the car was fully detailed with the ResistAll applied, and personally delivered the car to our home. The vehicle I bought is defective and has many problems. It's a nightmare! And the worst part is that they make promises they never keep. There's absolutely no transparency! I've spent over $1300 out of my own pocket and haven't been able to fix it. The vehicle has transmission problems, the disc brakes don't work, the TRD is damaged, and it's illegal to sell a vehicle like this. The transmission fluid is contaminated, the brake fluid is contaminated (this was the only thing the dealer changed). Everything else is useless. And I'm losing thousands of dollars. I hope you're not the next victim. I call and leave messages, but they don't answer my calls. I've been to the dealer more than 6 times and the only thing they corrected was the brake fluid change. Today, March 25, 2026, I was informed that they would refund my money, but that they would not reimburse me for any of the funds I had spent on repairs and maintenance for the vehicle. I have purchased no fewer than 14 vehicles--both new and used--from this dealership. There is absolutely no transparency left, and not only that, but they also informed me that they would no longer sell me any vehicles--despite knowing full well that the vehicle I purchased suffers from numerous serious defects. This dealership should be investigated for endangering human lives by selling vehicles with such serious flaws--defects that could potentially lead to a fatal accident. Bill Wright Toyota should change its policy regarding used vehicles--specifically, it needs to thoroughly inspect its used cars before selling them to the public. Sammy Jarrar, a manager at Bill Wright Toyota, should be disciplined for treating customers inhumanely and for failing to be more transparent.

They did not call me to let me know when the parts had arrived for either order. Both orders were paid in full upon ordering. That is just poor customer service! Then my 2019 beetle popped a code. I thought I would give them another chance. My mistake. The woman that I spoke to told me how much the diagnostic test would cost, even though I shared the codes, and that it might or might not be applied to the cost of the repair if I had the work done there. Ridiculous! She further explained that each dealership is a franchise owned independently as if that would explain the poor business practices. I called a different dealership and was told this was a well known problem and would be covered under the 120K warranty and the diagnostic would be applied to any work I had done there. That's the difference! I cannot recommend this dealership and most especially the parts or service department. Go elsewhere for your VW needs.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly salesperson then welcomed with genuine warmth by Kris Craig and Jose Galvan. Their friendliness, eye contact, and sincerity made me feel like family. I test drove the Palisade and loved it, but what truly stood out was how I was treated throughout the entire process. Kris worked the numbers, and to my surprise, there was no need to negotiate, everything was straightforward, honest, and more than fair. I stepped away for an hour to think, and it didn't take long to realize that the deal was unbeatable, and my car-buying experience was something rare. I have purchased well over 30 vehicles throughout my life. Some experiences were tiring, some ordinary. But my experience here with Kris, Jose, and Betty in finance, was exceptional. On May 4th of this year, We returned w car we bought through financing dept of Hyundai w intentions to use as trade in for new car. The salesman Jose AguiLiar was not acting in our best interest. Became EXTREMELY disrespectful, condescending, deceitful, dishonest, & rude. I'm leaving this review on May 22nd. We drove off "congratulated" in a 2026 Hyundai Sonata. First, The salesman Jose AguiLIAR refused to lower the asking price. When I brought to his attention that other dealerships were offering better incentives, & lower asking ($29.5) He suddenly pulled a $2500 rebate out of his repertoire. (That rebate? Turned our very reasonable 3.9% APR into 8.39%) The trade in value documented & discussed was not honored. (Trade in value & price was falsified. Agreed upon 3500$ (still incredibly low) buried in the contract we were actually given $1500.00) As soon as I had the opportunity to breakdown the contract presented to us AFTER the signatures were placed by electronic sig (done purposely) nearly impossible to read & comprehend much over E-Sig) We Complied with EVERY person who contacted us from the "ship" that's got SO many metaphorical holes in it, it's sincerely disturbing to see it's Buoyant!?! MULTIPLE people representing Hyundai began calling, texting, one saying "call me back we're working on an exception" whilst the other is just text messaging him telling him they're going to hafto "cancel the contract." Another saying we need MORE $ down, we need a co-signer, etc. days later. The salesman snuck in 11 GRAND in "optional add ons" after us reiterating & specifying that we weren't interested in paying for any extra optional expenses or fees. Jose attempted to convince me that there wasn't any. Verbally listed ALL of the non optional fees, leaving out the others that he knew we were talking about. Lying by omission. I had to take his word, until, I was able to dissect the initial paperwork. Showing EXACTLY how much extra padding there was, how MUCH that added to the already overpriced sticker cost. ($11,000.00 in unnecessary optional packages) My husband & I verbalized, & reiterated several times we didn't want, nor would he have signed paperwork agreeing to pay for all the additional unnecessary. (Sooo many perks came w our initial purchase in 2016 it was just incredible, so generous, shocking, & we were SO grateful. We wanted to show our gratitude through loyalty to this dealership.) Then we arrived, & got preyed upon by a snake in the grass. The interest rate literally more than doubled!!?!!! (ALL Thanks to Jose's bright idea for a cash back rebate. Rather than negotiating a lower amount @ asking. (I don't feel/think he has the capability to negotiate, lacks the bandwidth & brain power required to negotiate. I asked SEVERAL questions he wasn't willing/prepared to answer, so he just sat there, like a lump on a log. Silent. Stagnant.) We were never given the option to keep his brilliance of a cash back rebate (2500$) The Only thing that rebate did? Was SPIKE APR from 3.9% to 8.39%! Jose never asked to check our credit, but somehow acquired our FICO scores. Without our knowledge, consent, or permission. Don't waste your time w these AWFUL, GREEDY, SELFISH, FRAUDULENT PREDATORS. The yo-yo financing. I'm leaving photos of our trade in (fully loaded w leather interior, sunroof, 10 yr warranty, Satellite Sirius Radio, Blue Link, RSA, offered for free @ time of purchase & honored by whomever worked there 10 yrs ago.) DEFINITELY wasn't the man who said, "well make sure you spell my name right." After attempting to lambast US for "going behind his back" & complying with the other people @ Hyundai contacting us? Who worked for the EXACT same company, in the EXACT same town. Now, with this knowledge I have been transparent about & 100% honest about, After reading this extremely unfortunate truth... would you risk your time & money w these unprofessional, hotheaded, uneducated, arrogant people? Jose Aguilar requested personally that I spell his name correctly. After expressing I planned to leave our experience in writing, communicating to him that NOTHING was handled properly or professionally. How let down & unhappy we were. After bringing up the "state" of the reviews, experiences of others w the SAME kind of predatory, inconsistent, disorganized, flimsy nature in how he & Hyundai of Bakersfield routinely conducts business w consumers. FAIR WARNING GO ANY PLACE ELSE. Unfortunately Jose AguiLiar is not the only Jose. He's not the only salesman to treat his CUSTOMERS unfairly. Borderline illegal tactics, fraudulent, & corrupt predators dressed up like "Capable, Knowledgeable, Competent Professionals. I sincerely hope that this saves someone the stress, anxiety, & pure exhaustion that this person & his place of employment have caused us.

She was great and really worked to rectify the situation. I had a battery replaced in my Jeep and a few weeks later the check engine came back on. I took my car to be serviced and was told that the engine was fine, but the software needed to be updated. I asked for an estimate for updating the software and the service advisor told me that I would be charged approximately $260. I objected that the cost seemed high. Reluctantly, I told the service advisor that I needed my car repaired. When I went to pick up my car, I again told the service advisor that the price was too high and asked if there was a recall for the software. The service advisor said that there was a "technical bulletin" and she called the service manager. The service manager told me that if I didn't like the price then I should have objected when the service advisor provided a repair estimate, and that she could not alter the price afterwards. I told her that I did object to the price beforehand, but she didn't seem to care. I told her that the dealership charged too much to install software that Jeep provides for free. The service manager was unsympathetic and told me that they needed to recoup the cost to certify the techs for these kind of repairs.
