First time at Haddies Car Wash! Great wash left my car sparking clean. Everything seemed simple and clean. I was also pleased with the low prices. They're really nice but the quality of the car wash itself wasn't that great. I got my car washed here twice and both times was a let down. There were still water marks & dirt left around the car and on my tires which were specifically supposed to be washed. If I'm going to pay $16 for a car wash, I'd expect a lot more. read more

Wanted to wash bugs off car after long drive. Found them on Yelp. The attendant said all washes (including cheapest) involved manual brushing of bugs, so didn't need the costliest one. I went with the one just above minimum. It was well worth it! So much so I went with their best on my other car. They manually scrubbed the car before I put it through the machine, then manually dried the car. Since there were still a few bugs on windshield, the attendant told me to run it through again (no cost). Highly recommend! And don't forget to tip if they deserve it! read more

Love this car wash, always on point and fast. They do the heavy lifting of pre-scrubbing that car and setting you up before entering the automatic car wash. After the wash, they hand towel dry your entire car. What I like the most is that I can deep clean the entire car from the inside (I like cleaning my car from the inside, I know weird) at my leisure. They have vacuums and compressed air hoses on every side of the car bay. My car comes out brand new every time. No nonsense with quarters and timers to finish quickly. Started going here whenever I got too lazy to clean my car. I would always use their free vacuums hehe. Full service is $16 and is well worth it actually for a hybrid man/machine wash. They have people that prep the car before it enters and then people afterwards to do extra drying, tire shine, etc. You can drive straight to the free vacuums right after, and also use the high pressure air to clean up any little spots the water gets trapped. I paid extra and tipped the guys, but they spent so much time wiping down the car in front of mine and me paying extra for the tires meant nothing, because they did nothing. They gave me a stamp card for their loyalty program that I will never use, since I am no longer returning. I have two cars (one for work and one for personal use), so I took my work vehicle elsewhere--paid less, which included really good vacuums and thick microfiber towels! Anyone who is wondering where I took my work vehicle is welcome to send me a message. One of my bosses even goes to there to have his car washed, surprisingly and unsurprisingly. Haha. Anyone spending more than $20 with a tip, head elsewhere, unless you want to leave your car dirty and with water spots! read more

Great value and the free vacuum station is awesome. For a price not much higher than a standard automatic gas station wash someone power washes areas that need extra attention and they hand dry the car. The drying wasn't perfect but the employees were friendly and quick. Plus the vacuum area has compressed air so you can touch up any missed spots. And those vacuums will suck the mats off the carpet! I use to spend on average $60 per week at this Sandwich Shop Haddies inside of the convenience store. I use to get by far one of the BEST Cobb Salads I've found in quite sometime., in fact I RAVED this place up to all of my customers at my place of business. NO MORE!!!!! They underwent some staff changes and my Salad purchased on 4/21/23 was not even half way close as to what I use to get.( mind you I don't blame the new girl however the lack of training from her higher ups) I placed a call on 4/21/23 explaining to them how poorly made my salad was and they offered me either a refund or another salad even going as far as telling me they wrote my name down so when I come in it will not be a problem, even elaborating that they had been getting lots of complaints and were in the process of looking for someone new. FYI....TOO MUCH INFORMATION and very unprofessional of that associate. All Great right??? Wrong!!!!! I went in today 5/3/23 after I got off of work and was treated like a criminal. Kia the manager said she didn't believe I got the salad there (after she said she recognized me as a regular customer) and why did I wait so long to come back to the store???? Really didn't feel that my personal life as to why I did not return until today. #1 I'm not going to go broke over a $7 salad, #2, work a FULL TIME JOB and #3, I care for my elderly mother and had not been down that way since I had gotten by far the worst salad I've ever seen. I had to physically pull up my phone records and show her that I called that same day ( after she said why didn't you call the same day) she stated to me nothing she can do without the receipt. Sorry I threw it away KIA. So luckily I used my debit card and was able to pull up that I purchased a salad there on 4/21/23. She saw the exact dollar amount of the salad and said somebody would call me back by Friday. I made the comment " oh you want me to bring my salad the same day but want me to wait until Friday to get a call back??? Great Service !!! She then asked me to hold on while she took her phone to the back room of the store, then a young gentleman with braces(didn't bother to look at his name) was obviously new started questioning me as to why didn't I check the salad before I even left the store??? What???? I have always had great Food Service here why would I expect anything less. Then he continued to get loud with me until I told him "I am not having this conversation with you". Kia returned and didn't say anything just started pulling money out of the drawer. I asked her if she was able to put back on my card the way I paid and she said no ma'am I have to give you cash. I just had to laugh at that point. So basically calling me a LIAR until I pulled up my personal banking matters and my phone call log. Posted below is a picture of the salad I would rave to everybody about, and the second picture is what I got after personal turnover. Again no blame to the salad maker as she was not given proper training or the previous gal took her job to heart literally. I recently moved here to Las Vegas and Haddies is the first car wash I've been to since I moved here. I was impressed by how fast, efficient, and inexpensive this place is. I was in and out of there in just over 5 minutes, and that was for their most expensive ($16) car wash where they hand washed and polished my tires. Haddies was a breath of fresh air for me after living in the San Francisco Bay Area for 30+ years, where a typical trip to the car wash nowadays means waiting for 60-90 minutes and paying at least $35 for the cheapest car wash on the menu. Just another example of how much better life is in Vegas as compared to California. read more

Love this place! Only have one complaint...when you pull through to enter the car wash, they have 4 huge cement balls like you see outside of Target, and it's super narrow. I usually go in the morning before work, so the sun is right above the entrance to the wash. I was super nervous I was gonna hit one of the giant cement spheres cuz I couldn't see jack sh*t with the sun beaming right down into my windshield. Suuuper sketchy. Would love to see some kind of sun shade or awning above the entrance so I don't damage my car or their property pic included to show how blinded my @$$ was when trying to pull into the entrance. read more

You know you've had a bad experience somewhere when you have to create a yelp account, . first of all I always come here during the morning and never have a problem until today. One of the employees not only smelt like pure cigarettes but did NOT even dry my truck properly. Brayden was his name and Not sure if little man was having a bad day but defiantly showed in his face. If I could give this car wash 10 stars, I would have. It's hands down the best car wash EVER! Its a drive thru car wash but what's awesome is that right before you start, there's a person who first wets and soaps your car, lightly washes tough spots, only then you drive thru the automated wash. Every wash comes with hand dry service and unlimited self-serve vacuuming, which is awesome! It took us 5 mins and our cars became spotless! There's no interaction with people who wash and hand dry your car, which means no awkwardness if u don't happen to have cash to tip (being honest, it happens) lol. There's a mat holder so you can vacuum your entire car in 2 minutes, and just like that, there's no more pet hair in your car (yes, your car is no longer a pet bed lol) the vacuum is very powerful. What's best, is that we paid 8 bucks for all of this! 8 bucks! I repeat, 8 bucks! U can't beat this. We'll come back here and recommend this car wash to everyone we know! read more

After being a loyal customer, since it's opening, I don't think I'm going to go back anymore. Car wash service is excellent, but access to the vacuums on the weekends is problematic. Today after getting my car washed, someone slid into the last vacuum station without getting a car wash. When I complained to the staff, they told me there's nothing they can do, anyone who buys anything at the adjoining convenience store can use the vacuums for free. This is the second time in a row that I've had no access to the vacuums after getting my car washed. read more

First time here for a quick wash after the Peak Mart Car Wash down the street broke my side mirror and didn't pay to replace it so had to find a new place with better customer service. At first I was bummed when I saw they didn't do interiors but they did a pre-scrub, thorough hand towel dry after, & there are free heavy duty vacuums that you don't need to keep putting quarters into to operate! They are always on with amazing suction power & even mat holders that make it so convenient to clean. I was being all bougie not wanting to clean the interior of my own car (lots of white dog hair on black seats haha) but this car wash made it so easy, quick, & painless that I'll be doing this from now on! First time here and it was pretty good. It's nice that they wash off your car before going into the car wash and I like that they offer vacuums. I only have a few complaints. There aren't enough vacuum stations, the people working aren't very friendly, and they don't do the best job at drying your car off after the wash. When I pulled up to the window I said "hi, how are you?" The guy working just looked at me and didn't say anything. So I just told him which car wash I wanted and then pulled forward. The car wash itself was good and I was very happy with the vacuum station. However, I did have to re-wipe my windows when I got home bc there were marks from their towels all over my back windows. Will be going back again bc I was still happy with how clean my car looked, just wish the drying was more efficient. 3 1/2 stars read more
