The place is very busy so parking can be a bit hard to find but they do have an overflow lot. Inside, they have a seating area where you can wait until you're seated at a table. Both times I've been there the wait time was around 20-30 minutes but trust me, the food is worth the wait. Even though they were busy, our server was attentive and the food didn't take too long to come out. I went with a group and for our appetizer we tried the platter that comes with hummus, baba ganoush, grape leaves, and fresh pita bread. For my drink, I had the lemon mint smoothie...very refreshing. The plates that my husband and I got were the chicken shawarma sandwich with a salad and the filet plate that comes with rice as well as grilled tomato and grilled onion. They give you generous portions which made it possible for me to share some of my meal with someone in my group to try and I still had leftovers. Finally, we could not leave without having dessert. We had knafeh which is made fresh. Everything was amazing and I can't wait to come back next time I visit the Chicagoland area.

The chicken was actually pretty good; thick and tender, but there was nothing special or unique about the flavor. The garlic sauce they included was a tasty condiment, though. The fries were really good. The fries here are steak style, so they actually taste like potatoes. In addition, the cole slaw was very tasty, too. I wish the serving size was a little bigger since it was so good. Lastly, they included saj bread with the order, but to me it seemed like tortilla bread and didn't seem to match a fried chicken & fries meal. Overall, pretty good food. I would just recommend offering different sauces to add unique flavor to the chicken.
