On the day of the job, I specifically asked the worker if I would receive a receipt. He told me that the owner would provide one. After the job was completed, I paid the worker in cash. He again told me that the owner would email me the receipt. Since then, I have texted and called numerous times to request the receipt. At first, the owner answered and said he would take care of it. After waiting a week with no receipt, he stopped answering my calls. I eventually had to use my son's phone to get him to answer, and I still have not received the receipt. In my opinion, providing a receipt for payment should be standard practice for any legitimate business. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through. I simply want documentation showing that I paid for the service. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.

While we were on the phone sorting out what had happened and making arrangements to fly home early, I looked for someone who could help with emergency glass replacement. I am fortunate that I found Anthony's Glass! Though it was nearly 11pm CA time when I submitted a request on the website, Anthony responded by text almost immediately and we arranged for one of his guys to come the day we returned. He was able to clean up the glass, block the window, take the broken window and screen, and arrange for a new dual-pane replacement within days. Alberto from the company came by and installed the fixed glass quickly. In a few days we went from shattered glass and an unusable child's room to a like-new window in a room that is ready for my daughter to return from college this week. At every step, Anthony was easy to get ahold of and super responsive. The entire was fast, easy, and at a very reasonable price.
