Hands down the best pizza in the hood. Beatrix and Pep is our go to. Don't skip on the salad. It's full of herbs and the dressing is light and refreshing. I can eat this combo for days. The guys at Hail Mary are so great. Cool date spot.

I love walking into random places and telling the people behind the counter to choose my meal. Just serve me whatever the hell you want and hope for the best. I mean seriously, if you work there you should know what's good, right? I didn't even ask what they served me. So your going to have to show them this picture. This dude behind the counter hooked me up! The flavors were insane. The salad, the fooken salad! How do do you make a salad that gives you a chubby!?!? I have no idea what kind of pizza he gave me, but it beats the glory hole I was at last week! I'm not a big beer drinker but I let him choose the menu. He served me a lager called Taco Truck. Perfect pairing. I wish there was a Hail Mary pizza in North OC. HMP thank you. Truly, best meal I had in a minute!

Came for dinner on a Saturday night. It was busy but there were tables available. Service was nice and friendly. I was surprised how large the menu was and it took a while for us to decide. We ended up getting... - Belly Goat pizza: good flavor but was soggy from all the toppings - Charred Cauliflower with lemon tahini and dill - Fire-Grilled Carrots with bacon jam and cumin yogurt We really enjoyed the cauliflower and carrots and were surprised how good they were as sides. Nice mix of flavors, sauces and herbs. They actually stood out to me more than the pizza we got!

I walked in fully convinced I'd just grab a slice because I "wasn't that hungry." Fast forward a bit, and my friends and I had ordered two whole pizzas and somehow each demolished four slices. So yeah... that plan didn't last. The pizza was that good. What really stood out was how balanced everything was--the pizzas weren't greasy at all, the crust had the perfect bite (not too hard, not floppy), and the flavors were spot on. I also loved how creative they were with their vegetarian options, which isn't always easy to find done well. We ordered the Bella Fungo and the Marinara Supreme, and both were packed with flavor and seriously satisfying. The space itself is pretty small and low-key, with not much going on in terms of ambiance, but honestly that just adds to the charm. Don't let the hole-in-the-wall vibe fool you--this place is serving some truly bomb pizza and is 100% worth stopping by.

Excellent pizza. Cool interior, though small dining area. Good, easy counter service. Price is up there but servings are pretty large that you can easily take food home. Mushroom pizza and calzone is an easy 5/5 star. Definitely come for the mushroom pizza 'cause damn. Caesar salad was okay.. a bit light on the dressing and personally would skip. Has a service charge for living wage but it seems that its replaced for a tip (?). 4-4.5 out of 5 stars.

We absolutely love this place. The pizza is really, really good. Service is friendly as well. The Lambardo (?) was our favorite. The crust is absolutely exceptional, and the toppings were delicious. Ambiance is extremely casual. Highly recommend this spot for good pizza in LA.

4+ Pizza spot located in Atwater Village. A few friends and I went here to get some take out to watch a game back at a buddy's house, so I can't speak to the vibe inside (although I've been here for brunch at a restaurant that occupied this spot in the past). Ordering was really easy. You can order online and they give you an estimated time when your order is ready. We parked close by and one of us ran in to pick up all the food. It was a really easy process. As for the pizza and food we ordered the Pep Pep, Margherita Supreme, some Charred Corn Ribs, and the Hail Mary Caesar. I thought everything was tasty. Just a really convenient pizza spot with quality pizza and sides. Definitely would love to come back and have an experience of dining in as well at some point.

Mushroom & onion slice (this is only half of it. The other half was eaten. It's a big slice and they cut it in half for you).

Great food. Great service. Cool little spot. Mushroom & onion slice: 10/10. Lots of mushroom and delicious crust Mac & cheese: 7/10. It tasted really good (it's cheese & penne), but pricey for the portion ($13) Arnold Palmer: 10/10

Hail Mary, the Pizza is with thee. Hail Mary Pizza is a local pizza joint located in Atwater village, offering a wide variety of creative sourdough pizzas, "LA Style", similar to New Haven, but with slightly less crunch, and a trendy, laid back vibe. I've been wanting to check out Hail Mary for some time, and on a lark decided to pick up a pie on the way home. I got the One, Two Punch Pizza ($26), a pepperoni, fennel sausage, and hot honey masterpiece. The crunch and crust were excellent, there was minimal flop, the meat was succulent, the cheese tangy, and the honey a little spicy to boot. The vibes for Hail Mary are excellent. The music reverbs, the artwork is bold and unapologetic, the menu is a giant chalkboard, and the theming hilariously heretical. Pray for us sinners. The value is fair, with each pizza feeding one very hungry or two peckish individuals, or about $15-25 / person. I cannot comment on the service as I did takeout, but the staff all appeared friendly and hard working. Blessed is the fruit of thy oven, Mary. I will soon be returning to break bread (and a beer) with the bros at your business. Truly, this is the happening hangout for us heathens. Hail! Food: 4.5/5 Ambiance: 5/5 Value: 4/5

Hail Mary Pizza is located at the Atwater Village. This pizza spot treats you like you are family. The first thing you notice here is the open kitchen. There is a guy tossing pizzas and he will greet you. There is also a guy by the counter to ask you how your week is going. Then he will take you to the counter to take your order. This is a sit down spot and the chef might come over to talk to you about his food. The pizza, wings and salads are affordable. This is a perfect spot for a family meal.

Went to Hail Mary in Los Feliz with my brother. The space is smaller than I expected but super cozy and cool. Service was good, though the water was rather warm so I had to ask for a cup of ice to cool it down. Probably better to grab a beer or wine. Pizza was still tasty and hit the spot, exactly what I came for.

Small eating area Good location Hard to find parking, so the walk will build up your appetite Nice staff Expensive Pizza is phenomenal. Sourdough pizza. NICE Broccoli was solid Experience was well worth it 100% going back

The pizza here is in Stanley good! High-quality ingredients, the dough is perfect and the pizza is baked well. I also love their salads and sides, be sure to save room for dessert, it was absolutely delicious! Service is very friendly, they are so hard-working and really care about what they do. The food is packaged well to go, but they do also have Tables for dine available as well. Metered parking on the street, highly recommended if you're looking for a quality pizza in the area!

Add mangos at that point, but it's upsetting and actually OFFENSIVE to anyone with that background to have to pay 20 dollars for something Antoni could have rolled out on queer eye in 2017. No one has mentioned this? Not another beautiful Caribbean baddie has been upset by this abomination? Plantains belong with black beans and chicken on a Cuban bowl w mojo, warm bananas do not. WHY would you make this decision?! Also if I have come in TWO different times and asked, nay, implored, that you make sure that the kitchen is not going to indeed send me out warm bananas instead of plantains for a Cuban bowl, AND THE SERVER CONFIRMS, we even laugh at the notion of a warm bananas...only to SEND OUT WARM BANANAS ON A CUBAN BOWL?! This also lets me know that EVEN THE SERVERS ARE CONFUSED. I can't tell if it's bad translating or what but PLEASE change this. I don't think anyone that's not white should have to endure this. These should be PLANTAINS. I have come in calmly and explained this to you, I have come in on a day off when I'm not even consuming your food and tried to talk to you about this, and you don't seem to take it seriously, so here I am! I'm a native angeleno and my job is to photograph food, so this isn't my first rodeo. Food is political, and if Alcove is hell bent on surving warm bananas, just flambe and add to a pancake. Change the Cuban bowl or rename it to hot banana with chicken bowl because between the plantain being absent and the sauce being what it is, just take it off the menu, no one is enjoying this. -A CONCERNED COLOMBIAN PS: If this review goes ignored my next step is coming in with a basket of plantains and doing a tutorial because clearly the menu author and manager are unaware that there is a VERY big difference. And next time, maybe learn a cultural dish before just adding it to your menu!
