This review is for delivery and website only. I actually really like the concept and the food, save for a couple of dishes. I'm not crazy about the birria and one of the chicken dishes for the quality of cuts (too fatty), but everything else is good. Staff has always been nice over the phone as well. My dissatisfaction lies with the new system they have for subscription delivery being fulfilled by Uber. Despite my order saying it was placed and confirmed, Uber cancelled it and claimed it was already fulfilled 5 days ago. I ended up just asking for a refund, but I feel like it has to be the fault of Uber. Whatever is going on, Everytable should fix it. The new website interface also sucks now. I've loved every table since the first time I stumbled into their parking lot back in 2019! This place has "fast " food but in healthy options - precooked -for-you kinda way. They have a few new additions and options to pick from. I was greeted upon entering and got to take a look around at a clean open spaced store. They did have the staples that made me come back for more " Jamaican jerk and the salmon bowl " always a hit! They had a budda bowl and a cheesy Mac that's was like a nice lunch portion. I personally love the BBQ backyard chicken plate one of my fav dishes, I hope they never get rid of it. The service at this location is TOP TIER, the employees are FRIENDLY & welcoming, LIZZZZZZ was really kind to me and helpful every time I stopped by this location making feel welcome and even gave me a complimentary corn bread such a sweetheart. Overall the ambience is great, the store is clean and tidy, they always have every meal in stock it's rare you'll ever come to this location and they don't have what you have an appetite for. I've been coming to this location for over 2 years, with varying degrees of customer service, but today was probably the worst experience I've had here. The cashier didn't greet me like they usually do when someone walks in, whatever, but she proceeds to follow me, sigh, and adjust the food boxes after me because I had the audacity to look for entrees in the back of the cooler that don't expire today or tomorrow ( I made sure to put the cartons back neatly, but she didn't care). When I looked at the breakfast items, she yells out. "They all have the same expiration date" She remained salty and sarcastic, when ringing me up. I didn't get her name, but her energy was horrible, and she needs to not have a job where she has to work with the public. I'll have to make another return here to 'Every Table,' Los Feliz, Los Angeles, CA., some time soon but was just a quick restroom stop. Now that I'm writing this review, doing so actually made me realize I bought a box of Lemon Pepper Chicken salad, and that box is still in the car. Luckily, it was raining in Los Angeles, CA earlier today when I was driving this area, so I don't think the food would have spoiled. I better place that in the fridge. Cashier was very friendly: I asked if all boxed items sold were readily cooked since it was my first time here, he took time to answer all my questions. I was literally just in for a quick restroom break walking back to my car. I'll have to stop by to take more pics next trip. This cafe was kept extremely clean throughout. Everytable is a nutritious food prep store in Los Feliz area. I really love coming here for a healthy meal, my doctor recommended me this place to lower my cholesterol levels. All of their food is natural and is not expensive at all. I really like the Lemon Pepper meal, blueberry maple yogurt and ginger root drink. Service is always nice and accommodating. I heard about this place before attending the yelp event. I enjoyed my experience from the yelp event, I knew that I had to come back for more. So many items to choose from: salads, sandwiches, snacks, drinks, chicken. Service is serve yourself. Look among the choices and then go up to the register to pay. Only one person working, but no line whatsoever and she was quick and friendly. Ambiance is simple and clean. A few tables inside the shop if you choose to eat it there instead of taking it to go. Plenty of free parking in a shared lot vs street parking which is plenty as well. Cost isn't bad. To me, the food seemed healthy and fresh. Portion size is pretty good as well. Please be careful eating here - after a few times without incident, I got severely (I mean, I had to get medical treatment, severe) ill after eating their chicken shawarma. It said it was not expired, but something was unsafe in that meal as I suffered nearly five days of the worst food poisoning I've had in my life. Worst of all, Everytable didn't respond to my emails/call asking for help figuring out what happened/a refund until 12 days later. Their apology for the delay (again, almost two weeks of silence) was that they 'couldn't locate my order.' That is not accountability or community-orientation, as they claim so proudly to be. When I googled their name + food poisoning another eerily similar review about the same dish comes up for the WeHo location. Everytable is good, healthy, and inexpensive. I was first introduced to Everytable at Cal State LA. I got the curry trap chicken and didn't like all the fat on the chicken. They do not trim the fat in the kitchen. I spat a lot of it out. Other than that the flavors were good. I also tried the cheese ravioli and it was good. I walked up to the door and tried to open the door at 7:57 PM. Closing time on the door says 8 PM. The door was locked. The employee inside may no attempt to communicate or anything. I don't go here much, but being open until you post time is helpful for business. The time prior I went in only credit cards were acceptable. I love every table. But I think it's ridiculous that this location has a visible bathroom that you can't use with a handwritten employees only sign on it. It's a place to sit and eat, we should be allowed to use the restroom and wash our hands. They only one employee there at a time to ring people up, so all the day, that entire bathroom is only for one person to use. The food here is so delicious. I love the way it's packed in little packages like little containers. It's my first time walking in. if you were like in a strict diet or you know you were thinking about changing the way you eat. I have been getting Everytable meals delivered a few times a week for months now for my family of three because I hate to cook. The meals are delicious and always come well-packaged, fresh (not frozen!) and last for days in the fridge. We've enjoyed almost every dish they offer because the combination of herbs and spices they use to make the dishes interesting and flavorful is so good. Also, their app is easy to use and there is good communication about delivery. Last but not least, their customer service has been amazing. Recently, there was a minor delivery problem and they immediately comped my order AND gave me an extra credit. read more
