Marina has never disappointed me. I'm in love with my new hair color. I wanted to have balayage for the longest time, but my hair was too short, and I was busy with my newborn. I decided to get it done since my hair is longer than before. I received a lot of compliments from my husband and my 4 years old baby girl. Thank you, Marina!
I found Marina through a last minute mix up but I'm so glad I did. I went in wanting to change my naturally dirty blonde hair to copper. Marina was experienced enough to warn me that dying my blonde hair a red color would be almost impossible to get out later and require a lot of upkeep. Instead she gave me really beautiful blonde highlights and an awesome cut. Great experience overall and I'm really happy with the results.
I think when most people go to the salon for a refresh they're excited for what's to come. Going to the salon is a treat and you should feel confident afterwards. I got the exact opposite feeling. I messaged Marina prior to my appointment and gave her my inspiration photos and she said she could do it no problem. When I got there we discussed what we would do. I asked for a chocolate mauve balayage. She said she would do a mix between balayage and highlights. Marina was showing me colors in his swatches and I said explicitly that I did not want any sort of red. She assured me that it would be more shades of purples and not red. Me not knowing anything about the chemistry of hair coloring, I trusted her. I knew the moment she started putting all over color on my head that she was not doing what I asked. She kept assuring me that it would look good. While she was drying it, I think she could see my dismay. When she was done, I told her that was nothing what I wanted. She kept telling me that it was so pretty and her other clients like that color and in the sun you can see all the different shades of purple. It was not purple. It was red. All over. The exact thing I told her I didn't want. I left there and cried on my way home. When I walked in the door, my family was surprised by the color I came back with. I messaged Marina shortly after returning home and told her my hair was atrocious and asked her to fix it. She agreed and I returned a few days later. I asked her just to do an all over chocolate brown color. She colored my hair and made it darker but yet it was not what I asked for. Again. If Marina couldn't do what I asked initially, I wished she would have told me before I wasted $300 and am left with a mess that I'm going to have to have someone else fix for another couple hundred dollars. She didn't even get the haircut right. There is not one positive about this experience and I do not recommend her.
If you're like me - hesitant to pay for getting your hair did because let's be honest, you walk around with a DIY color, DIY bangs, DIY trim, and when you've clearly botched it, you curl your tips and act like nothing happened. If you're like me, then your hair is DRY. Your hair is in need of some conditioning and some serious styling.... It's time to see a professional! Marina is THE one for you. Marina was able to correct, balayage, tone and trim my hair. She also gave me a conditioning treatment. It took about 3 hours for everything because I my hair is super thick and long. I LOVED the results. 3 hours with Marina flew by. She is very down to earth and it was a pleasure getting to know her. So if you are like me then you're probably sifting through yelp for someone you can trust with your hair, STOP. You've found the one!
Marina is a true artist!! I was one of those people who was paying half price for a balayage, and I always wondered why my balayage never looked like the pictures I wanted! I even went twice to that same lady haha! Luckily, I found Marina through Yelp, and she was very quick to text me back to schedule an appointment. I showed her pictures of a caramel balayage, and I FINALLY got what I always wanted! It's like a kid on Christmas morning haha. Thank you Marina!!
Marina did a fantastic job on my gross hair that had long dead ends and so many steaks of gray since I hadn't been inside a salon for about 1.5 yrs. She has a chair inside Le Salon Complet, and there was enough distancing between the salon chairs so I felt comfortable. Marina did a great job ensuring my color would be absorbed well, and also layered it the way I like! She's also very personable, and made sure I felt at ease the entire time. Masks were worn by everyone. Will definitely go to her for all my future hair needs!
I scheduled a perm appointment for my son with Marina and let me tell you she did an excellent job. She's very welcoming, sweet, nice and is great at what she does. This was my sons first salon experience and he loved Marina. He couldn't stop telling family and friends how happy he was with his hair. I would definitely recommend Marina. Also wanted to mention that everyone at this salon was very friendly which is a plus.
Marina is absolutely the sweetest and best. She's like a second mother to me. She is vey easy to talk to. First of all I was a mess before I came in here. My hair was drier than cheesecake factory's sourdough bread. Her work is amazing and she knows exactly what end goal you want. She is an amazing balayage artist and I definitely recommend her! I've been trying to go blonde in FOREVER and no stylist has been able to do it as amazingly as Marina has! It looks darker in the picture but in person, it's a very nice shade of blonde. She also fixed up the quality of my hair, which we all know needed a desperate fixing. It's been a few months since I've gotten my hair done and it has really lightened up to a bright blonde. Not to be dramatic or anything but this hair has changed my life, blondes DO have more fun.
My friend recommended Marina to me and wow I am so pleased. First Marina is super nice and she goes at a good pace! You don't feel like you are there forever because you are not! Second she made sure I was fully satisfied with my highlights and the color. I usually go home and have to put a toner on top because the stylist doesn't agree with the shade I want. She has all good reviews and the pictures are pretty good. I contact her and she is very quick to respond. Everything with Marina has been effortless, from start to finish. She's quick to respond and on the day of the appt., she is punctual and is waiting for me. She goes over what I want and is very sweet and patient about explaining the process to me. Like I said, everything is so effortless and in about 2 hours we are done. My hair looks amazing and my 9 year-old is begging to get her hair this color (obviously that's not happening). Thank you Marina. I love my hair.
I came in for a new different color and cut with Marina, and again I never leave her station disappointed. She truly serves you of what you ask for, but with me I can always compromise. Her idea and her knowledge of hair and color she always know what's matches and what's not. I pretty much make her decide what works for me since she is knowledgeable of what she does, and she's very good at it. I pretty much trust her work and as it is, she's always a perfectionist. If you don't have any idea of what to do with your hair, or you want your hair the same as the picture that you like, she will work on your hair and do it even better as the picture that you like. One word. AMAZING. I've been looking for a salon who did balayage in the valley for an affordable price. I called, messaged, emailed more then 10 places and Marina was the last one I found. As soon as I messaged her business I had a respond after 5 minutes. I spoke to her through text and she asked me what i wanted and gave me a price. I booked my day and changed it a couple of times (thank you for working with me through that Marina!) and boom! I ended up at Le Salon Complet on a Thursday afternoon. I showed her what I wanted and told me my options and everything fell into place. Marina is very open and wants to hear what you want. She layered my hair all around and made my hair look as natural and healthier looking with balayage. And what can I say. I am in LOVE with my hair. If you're ever in the valley & want to treat yourself with a hair make over, Marina is the one you most definitely go too :)

This review is long overdue. I went to marina for a balayage around thanksgiving time so I've had a few months with my new hair and I have to tell you, I love it everyday! I love it curly, i love it straight, I love it up in a bun or a braid and lastly (and thankfully) I love the color when I let my hair go natural. Marina was a pleasure to be around too. From beginning to end she made me feel welcomed and her personality was so warm and inviting. She also was so fast, not rushed, you could just tell she was experienced and that it came natural to her. I told my self I don't need to do my hair more than once a year when I'm feeling down but this woman makes me count down the days until summer so that I can go see how she's doing and of course, go even more blonde . Thank you marina! You're awesome and thank you for making me feel pretty! read more

I came somewhat frantically to Marina a few days ago. I had virgin hair, barely ever straighten it, never dyed it, never touched it. I had decided for my 25th birthday to do a drastic change. I did my research and settled on caramel balayag. I have extremely long, thick, curly middle eastern hair. I found Marina off yelp and decided to give her a try since everyone had recommended her so highly. I came in with my mom. I feel so bad, I think both my mom and I were so nervous and annoying the whole time, asking Marina 20 million questions and pestering her with details. But she was so poised and professional, she put us at ease right away. She explained everything to me and took her time with my hair. I have NEVER left the hair salon (with my previous hair cuts) happy. I usually cry overtime someone touches my hair. But I walked out of Marina's chair smiling and so excited to show off my new hair style. I LOVE IT! I'm so thankful to Marina for taking that step with me. Marina is amazing at her job and so sweet. 2 hours flew by in her chair and I didn't want to leave ! She did a correction that a previous hairdresser messed up. Balayage and ombre and she nailed it ! I came in with brassy highlights from a previous salon and I left with a beautiful balayage by Marina! She is amazing and has an eye for detail. Marina is the best! She always does her best to fit me in whenever I don't have an appointment. Ever since finding her over a year ago, I have always returned to her because she does an amazing job. Whenever I get my hair freshly done from her...I get compliments ALL the time. Most importantly she always is careful NOT to damage my hair. If you want a color expert and you are not afraid to try new things and great recommendations for your hair...go to Marina! I texted her what I wanted done and she replied back to me and got an appointment the same day! she takes her time to make sure you get the hair you want, she will tell you everything that she will do and make sure you dont leave unhappy! Today I had my hair professionally dyed for the first time. Since summer is coming up, I wanted to do balayage. I found Marina on yelp and gave her a quick text. She replied really quickly and was able to tell me if the results I wanted would be possible. I have really dark brown hair (almost black) and thought I would have to lighten my entire base before balayaging, but Marina said it wasn't necessary. I was happy to hear this because that meant saving extra money! She gave me a price and I got my appointment within a couple of days. Marina is really sweet and definitely listens to you. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she made it pretty identical! She cut my thin hair so that I could have more volume and styled it very nicely. I am so happy with my new hair!
