I had a lovely little mimosa, which was a nice surprise, and it was super tasty! My hairdresser was Camille. Camille is super friendly, a fun conversationalist, an extremely talented hairdresser, and overall a wonderful person! I am so happy I decided to give her a try when I needed a new stylist. Camille did my hair EXACTLY how I wanted, and to top it off, she gives a killer head massage after washing your hair. Sooooo relaxing and lovely, and not the super short little head rub that leaves you wanting more. On top of giving me perfect highlights, Camille gave me a haircut that kept the length like I wanted, but framed my face a bit and got rid of my split ends. I'm extremely pleased with how the haircut turned out! I am just so satisfied with my hair. I walked into the salon in a cranky, PMSey mood, and left on cloud nine with a smile on my face. She has a new regular customer in me! One thing I noticed was that every one of their customers who came in while I was there absolutely adored the ladies here. That's always a great sign when trying out a new business! There was a ton of laughing and giggling and salon gossip that I enjoyed eavesdropping on lol. They are a little pricey, but some things are worth paying a little extra for, and I would rather pay a little more once, than pay less and have to pay more after to fix a cheap hair job! When I asked if someone else could take me, they said no one was available. I explained that this delay was costing me both time and money -- I had arranged and paid for a babysitter. Their only response was that there was a "miscommunication." No apology. No compensation. No effort to resolve the issue. I was simply told to either wait or leave. The staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They held no accountability and showed no respect for my time. If the situation were reversed, I would've been charged in full.
