I thought the price very reasonable and I'll admit - there is something in you get what you pay for. The color was not consistent and she rinsed my highlighted hair with dark hair that still had dye. Surprise surprise, the light hair was darkened. Laura denied doing this and has taken no responsibility for the mistake preferring to blame me for just being unhappy with my hair. No apology or even goodbye, Laura and her daughter hid in the backroom sending someone out to do the billing. I have spent hundreds of dollars and many hours attempting to correct her mistake. Apologizing for her error would have gone far. We all make mistakes, but to refuse to accept responsibility and leave me hanging is not professional. I will never go back to this salon and will advise all to do the same.

So so disappointed and unflattering on me. I hate being seen in public with this hair that cost over $300.

I was thrilled after my first appointment to have finally found my hairdresser! The salon has a great atmosphere (and music) and Julianne is the first stylist to finally give me the curtain bangs I have been asking for for years.
