Casey was such a sweet treasure of a soul. She took the time to get to know me, my needs, my personal preference and she listened without judgment!! I have been struggling with hair loss for many years and I also have thin gray hair! I brought my own shampoo and conditioner, Casey was so respectful and fairly knowledgeable about the challenges of gray hair and hair loss. I really appreciated how open she was when I shared that I preferred non-toxic, products without harmful chemicals. She even inquired about the products I brought. She took really good care of my hair. She was really easy to talk to. I left loving my haircut!! This was the first time a stylist didn't go to town trying to "layer" my hair to give me volume. Tyler was friendly and easy to talk to and I explained I had a work event that night and I was hoping he could style it so it would last for that. He sprayed every curl thoroughly and the curls held all night. I have been to several other salons over the years and was honestly shocked the whole thing was only $55. In this economy???? This required me to follow their page before I could message them. Really, really inefficient. In the meantime, I was able to locate another salon and hairdresser via Vagaro and book an appointment. These professionals may be great, but having an easy way to book will get more clients. In this day and age, the instantaneous booking is the bar and this place doesn't meet it. It is a hurdle/challenge to just get an appointment. I am sure these people are nice and are probably good at what they do.
