A ladies haircut for long hair cost me $30 and included wash, blow dry, and styling with a round brush. Be aware that you have to go into Phenix Salon Suites (next to Weight Watchers), and Kuna's salon is the second from the left when you enter.

I couldn't wait any longer, which is why I went immediately to the salon, in hopes they were going to accommodate walk-ins. When I arrived, the stylists were already working on their clients. So I sat in the lobby, waiting patiently and expecting they'd service me eventually. After 5-10 minutes, no one has acknowledged me, which I understand because they're busy and I didn't make a reservation for my cut. My breaking point is when they take a new client instead of me although I was here first and the person was also a walk-in. Still, no one bothered to ask whether they could take me in, so I stormed off, only to have one of the stylists pursue me down outside and assure me they could take me when they finished with the client. When it was my turn, I was swiftly set in the stylist section, where I saw the equipment was filthy and still covered in hair remnants from the prior client. I was happy that the hair stylist cleaned the equipment simply by brushing it before using the clip on me, but I would be more grateful if the stylist sprayed a disinfectant. I just hope I don't catch ringworm after this cut. The entire procedure the hair stylist was making small conversation to distract me from what had happened earlier since I was still furious but my mood changed once I received my hair shampoo the stylist used a hair scalp massager the device was great and helped my entire body relax I was this close to falling asleep. My hairstylist was fantastic. I enjoyed how the stylist empathized to the situation and handled it professionally. The hair stylist was efficient and attentive to my requirements because of you, I look good.

The consultation was quick and easy to book online. During my appointment, she mentioned several times how damaged and "green" my hair looked from box dye. I understood she was being informative, but hearing it repeatedly felt a bit discouraging. Not everyone can afford $600-$700 salon visits or avoid box dye completely, so I wish that had been said with a little more sensitivity. The balayage itself turned out nice, though the appointment took about six hours, which felt long in the past others have take. 4 hours max with my hair the same length. My bangs didn't get as layered as expected. She's direct and professional, and the salon is clean and easy to schedule with. Overall, talented stylist, just expect higher pricing, a long session, and a straightforward personality.

The shape is perfectly balanced and a huge plus, so simple to replicate exactly like Aida did. I will definitely have Aida continue to cut my hair. Word of warning, even though I was quoted $70 for a haircut I was actually charged $95. I have straightish jaw length hair and I was told by CeCe that the charge of $70 didn't apply because it took Aida over an hour for the cut. Not really satisfied with the response. But I will return because Aida is extremely talented and look forward to my next appointment. The salon is tiny, spotlessly clean and very simple. Don't expect a 'spa' like environment. I requested a different stylist for my hair color after my first visit. My first color with her…read more(requested brown and blond chunky streaks) was fantastic! My second visit 7 or 8 weeks later with the same stylist didn't look as good. The contrast between blond and brown barely noticable. My third visit with the same stylist was way too dark brown. The blond highlights were narrow evenly spaced streaks and looked so fake because they were so symetrical. I cancelled future appointments because I could not get consistant results. Also, at a new place today they reported that my hair was severly damaged from over bleaching during foils. For basic services this place is fine. But they do not have an understanding of how to protect hair from further damage by over processing.
