I called in for a same day appointment, I arrived about 20 min early and they were able to take me in. Thanh started the removal process and I noticed immediately that there was still a lot of my polish not removed yet. I pointed them out and she said she'd get back to them later. She continued with the filing and cuticle cleanup, but the filing of my nails were uneven and raggedy. I didn't say anything yet, didn't want to assume she was done. She proceeded to buff my nails, and then took out the polishing tool. She was about to add cuticle oil on, so I knew she was wrapping up my manicure as I've gotten many manicures in the past, but she still didn't remove the remaining bits of my nail polish and my nails were not filed well, I asked to file the rest of my nails and pointed out each part of my nails with nail polish still. Instead of being honest; she began to make excuses and this was a very frustrating experience. I would not come back to this location!!
