I would have rather appreciated if he just said "listen once we get your money don't bother me as I am an important man". I followed up a few months ago and no one seemed to answer the phone whenever I called the Chicago office. I had someone call me from the Colorado office who said that none of the people that worked with me for my procedure were employed there anymore. Including the surgeon. She said she would have someone from the Chicago office call me. That was 4 months ago. Still waiting. Oh well. The staff was great at the time. The procedures didn't work. However, almost three years later, I am deeply disappointed with the outcome of my procedure. Although my donor area healed well because I followed all post-op instructions carefully, the results of my surgery were botched. I communicated my concerns to Stuart, the doctor's assistant, sending him pictures and videos. Despite his reassurances that everything was progressing as it should, by the one-year mark, my hair looked worse than before the surgery, and it still does. I feel hopeless and ashamed, unsure if this can even be fixed. I spent $10,000 and feel like it was completely wasted. My concerns have shifted beyond the lack of density. Now, I am alarmed by the non-existent hairline With 2,000 grafts, I should have a full hairline, but the outcome is far from that.
