I am extremely annoyed and upset with a stylist named Homeri! She is a Scam artist at heart! She will waste your time and give you the ring around for the price! (inconsistency in pricing) In her post, she said $50 for color, but since my hair is long, she said The price was around 130 to 140. And I said Okay. When I arrived, she tried to charge me more than 320 to 340 dollars! The picture I sent her even showed the color and length of my hair. So I can get an exact price! Because I sent her a picture, she knew what color I wanted! There was no need for her to keep me in the dark about how much this would cost! Having that information would prevent me from wasting my time driving there! Don't be fooled by this girl! If I knew the price In the beginning I would not go to this salon! I really wanted to like this experience, I truly did.. but unfortunately, I would have to say this was probably one of my worst salon experience to date. I had bought a groupon with Neeva for an ombre. At first I was hesitant to buy the groupon - a deal/steal like this is too good be true! But since the yelp reviews and pictures were all great, I decided to take that leap of faith... Should have stuck to my gut feelings. I told Neeva I wanted a "Warm Ombre" look. It was MY BAD that i didn't show her a picture of what i was going for; but from looking at her portfolio and yelp pictures - it was evident that she specialized in ombres, and i ASSUMED that she knew what i was talking about.. Huge mistake, and definitely a mistake that i regret. . Anyhow, Neeva (who is very sweet), goes on to bleach my hair w/ no hesitation, but I expected this was a part of the process. What i didn't expect is after - 1) she went to wash my hair w/ cool water. But i thought, hey, maybe that's the thing now?? Or maybe it'll turn warm after a min or so?? Nope. Also, her wash was very "light" - felt that she barely washed my hair w/ any product...(i can hear my hair was crunching not foamy) 2) Neeva mentioned to me over the phone that all her first clients come with a complimentary cut - i asked for a trim.. she didn't trim anything.. all she did was cut a few strands here and there. literally.3) I asked for bangs, i didn't leave w/ bangs. 4.) i left the salon w/ damp hair, that was kinda wavy. And lastly 5) I left with brassy, orange, blond hair. Def not ombre.. (my results are below - btw, i have asian hair, not natural blonde..) I was so shocked how my hair I wanted to leave the salon immediately. I ended up dying my hair dark brown again that night. (DIY) I really debated on posting this review, and maybe Neeva was just having a really bad day and i was the exception - but I would hate anybody else to expect great hair and leaving with hair you hate (and spending extra money to fix it.) If you go this salon, i suggest explaining very THOROUGHLY in what you want and showing lots of pictures.. hopefully you won't be in the same shoes as me. read more

I have been going here for nearly a decade and I'm ashamed that I haven't left a review yet. What was I thinking? I've been with Jessica since she started cutting hair. She always takes great care of my hair. My cuts are great and she makes my hair look better than I can. When I decided to dye my hair purple, she found the best purple dye, bleached my hair correctly, and now I have this lovely color that fades into a beautiful rose. Her rates are very reasonable as well. Jessica also gives pedicures and was my first pedicurist there. She's very professional and friendly and does an excellent job. Frances is the main nail technician at Haircraft now. She did my pedicure yesterday and my manicure today. My nails look great. Couldn't be happier. Frances is friendly and cheerful and also very professional. I have also had my hair straightened and several facials done by Sandy, who rents space there as well. Sandy is very warm and funny, and has very gentle hands. Sandy trims my boyfriend's beard as well and makes him look very good. All three women clearly like each other and laugh and joke with one another often, and the feeling at Haircraft11 is relaxed and playful while still maintaining professional standards and cleanliness. Although they mostly work on adults, it's a good family salon and I've seen them work on children's hair and nails. They can also easily and competently handle hair of any type and texture. I wish I had left this when Raquelle was working there, because Raquelle was an incredible nail artist. Unfortunately she had to retire due to an injury, and I still miss her. read more

I went here off of a recommendation from a friend expecting to love my hair. I saw Jessica a couple months ago and I left hating my hair and I still hate my hair. I have short hair about shoulder length. I asked for long layers, just enough to have to volume. Jessica cut a chunk into my hair and there is literally only two layers of hair. I have straight hair and the top section is MUCH shorter than the under section. I recently just got my hair done here at Haircraft 11 by Neeva to get an ombre for the first time. I've only dyed my hair once before and it was just a boring brown, but when I left this salon, I felt like a brand new person. She was very attentive & had great suggestions for me for the types of colors I wanted to achieve. She gave me my natural base that faded to a subtle brown with a slight balayage then ombre'd it to blonde! It was beautiful. I just had a gelish manicure done. I love not having to worry about how I treat my hands because gelish doesn't chip for weeks! Gelish is more expensive and more troublesome to take off, but to me, it's worth it to not worry about ruining my nails. She had a decent collection of colors. I really wanted French tip, but she doesn't provide that option. Jessica was really friendly, open, and generous with her service! Our conversation flowed throughout the time I was there; it was probably the most I've chatted during a manicure. I have a lot of gray so monthly appointments are a must (and worth every penny!). My hair always looks great and she really takes her time to make sure everything looks just right. When I booked my first appointment with her, she took the time to send me an email about the appointment and asked about my hair length, color, etc. so she would be prepared. She make sure she has quality products that make your nail last long. She makes sure her materials are clean and sanitary. For whatever reason Bodylines decided to let go of their nail program. Raquelle could have reacted in a bitter manner towards Bodylines, but instead she wrote them and their staff a great yelp review. This is extremely classy. I went here for this first time last week to get my hair colored and trimmed. Jessica was AWESOME! She helped me pick out my color and was so patient while I decided which to go with. Jessica did a great job and I love how my hair turned out. She is friendly and the whole experience was comfortable and pleasant. Her prices are also very reasonable. I have Alopecia so getting my hair done can be an awkward and uncomfortable event for me. I love how it is a cute little shop without a bunch of people waiting and watching while you are getting your hair done. Jessica went above and beyond with advice and information to help me find ways to improve my Alopecia. I actually wore my hair down without awkwardly placed clips and didn't feel self conscious, thinking my spots must be showing. She styled my hair so nothing showed and it stayed in place! I've gone to salons to have my hair done in the past who did a terrible job on dying my hair. I have worked with Kristine Rose and Brenda for make up and hair, respectively. I love them both - they are talented, responsive and responsible. Kristine has made me look absolutely gorgeous for a special fund raising event; Brenda tamed my hair and made it a perfect accompaniement to my makeup. Then, more recenlty, I asked Kristine to transform me into Dr. Frank-n-furter from the Rocky Horry Picture Show. The result was scary spectacular. I looked just like him. She had gone to the trouble to review videos on the process; so the end product was dead on.
