I then asked for the cost of an additional artist because I am on a tight timeline the morning of my wedding. Nearly another week has passed, and I still have not received an answer. At this point, the issue is the lack of professionalism and communication. Bridal services are time-sensitive, and it should not take weeks to answer basic questions about pricing and availability. If they were unavailable or simply not interested in providing the service, I would have completely understood. Instead, this has been dragged out for almost six weeks with long gaps in communication and no clear answer, leaving me unable to confidently move forward despite being "the best in the industry". I suppose for normal day to day appointments it's okay to come here but if you have anything important - go somewhere else

He was able to bleach my hair from a super dark brown to platinum blonde, all while preserving the integrity of my hair. If you have a specific color in mind, he can work with you to achieve it but if you're also open to suggestions, he can create many different color combinations.
