I told him I did and asked if they did not secure the food properly. Guy on the phone claimed they did secure the food. He took no accountability and eventually hung up on me and told me to "Call GrubHub". Disgusting service from the driver and the guy I spoke to at Philly Gyro King. I hope the driver gets reprimanded and does a better job making sure the food he delivers is of quality. If he wouldn't eat it himself, don't deliver it and double check with the store for quality control. Have some care for handling people's food. Philly Gyro King also needs to make sure their food is more secured. Get better containers or something and tightly package the food so this doesn't happen again to people trying to support your store, regardless of if they picked it up themselves or ordered from GrubHub.
