I had an amazing experience with Hale's Collision Center. Justin was extremely helpful, effective at communicating, and the service was so fast. Justin even went above and beyond to clean my car inside and out as well as buffing out a small dent on my back bumper that had nothing to do with the repair I originally came in for. They do the best they can to find the best prices for you and I really appreciated that. I would absolutely come back here and recommend this auto shop for anyone in need. read more

WARNING****WARNING****WARNING I took my car in to get it fixed and got a quote from John. I told him I need this car fixed correctly as this is my personal vehicle that I drive my daughter in, and it must be safe. He assured me that the job will be done correctly and i had nothing to worry about. When I picked up the car it looked good on the outside. I drove off and near my house it started making crazy noises from the rear end. After slowly getting it home I looked underneath and found out that two of the four bolts holding down rear cross member were missing. I couldn't figure out how that could have happened as the work was performed on the front of the vehicle and not the back. Few days ago after talking to a buddy of mine who runs a body shop in Cleveland he mentioned that the shop would have had to pull off the crossmember bolts to install anchors in order to pull the slight bend on the front of the frame. I came to realization that the shop never put back the original bolts after adjusting the frame. This mistake nearly caused $10k-25k in damage to my vehicle. At that point I decided to check the work behind the panels and discovered that they literally Mikey Moused it, they didn't straighten the frame out completely. Instead of bolting together the bumper support(rebar) to the frame, they cut the rebar in pieces and tack welded it crooked to make the front end align from the outside. In other words if I had any front end collisions of any significance it would have killed me and my daughter in an instance. I also realized that they damaged my AC lines and even though my AC worked when I dropped off the vehicle it never worked after. After confronting the owner John, he told me that is what I paid for and if I wanted it done better it would cost me more money. If you have had work done on your vehicle at this shop I'd highly encourage you to have a second opinion done on the work performed. Contact City of Lewisville business division and file compliant. Contact the state attorney and filed complaint with them. Contact your insurance company and file a complaint with them. This is negligence at its finest which will have someone killed. This place needs to go out of business immediately. read more

I had a fender bender that also affected the radiator, but it took a month to get my car fixed! I always had to be the one calling for updates. Then I got my car back and it looks like they put in some used parts. Not a good level of service. read more

I went there to see about getting some work done to my car. When I walked it , there were a huge dog. I was afraid to walk in. The place is trashed, there was dog poop everywhere and it stunk really bad. Its almost as if they live in the shop. They girl at the front desk was in pajamas. There was a guy asleep inside a car in the shop . A current customer was not happy with them while I was up there. They had taken his car and went to buy groceries in it. He had been waiting for 45 minutes for them to come back in it. Nope, not taking my car here. read more

Absolutely do not go to Hales as it is full of shady people. I have never had to take my car back to a place to get repairs that should of been done right the first time. They will cut corners to make a buck to the extreme and will outright lie to you about the service they did. On several occasions I had to catch them outright lying to me about work they did and did not do. They kept my jeep in their shop for over 9 months giving it back to me 5 plus times only for me to drive off with my vehicle and have to take it back due to how unsafe it was to drive. Out of all my experience with businesses this experience tops them all as the very worse with nothing to compare it to. I eventually had to take my jeep to another shop because I was not going to waste more time at this nightmare of a shop. I lost out big time here but you do not have to. I do not understand any of the good reviews here as they showed their true colors with me and I am still paying for that experience to this day. read more

Hale's Collision absolutely blew my mind with the wonderful job they did on my car. Who would have thought such a small operation located in an out of the way place could do such great work! About four months ago I was hit by an uninsured driver, just my luck right? Of course I'm stuck footing the bill for his mistake, and it wasn't even worth fighting it because he was broke! So I made my peace with that fact and started looking looking for an auto-body shop. I wanted to get an estimate at a couple of places so I could make sure I wasn't getting ripped off. The damage to my 2013 Kia Sportage wasn't too bad, just a slight dent on the front passengers side. I decided to go with Hales collision because they gave me the lowest estimate by $320, and they fixed my front passengers side tire that was damaged in the wreck for free! Since Hale's is independently owned and operated, I imagine they are invested in their customer's satisfaction because they want repeat business. The man I dealt with was Billy Buggs, a man with some righteous tattoo work! He was extremely knowledgeable about cars and did the estimate on the car himself. I got my gar back good as new and in two days! Needless to say they not only do excellent work but are fast as well. They also did an amazing job on the pin striping. I only wish they were located in a more highly traveled area so others could know and take advantage of their wonderful service. read more

This place is absolutely horrible and should not be trusted. I went in and Sandra coned me into signing a work order on my vehicle after a accident I had. This place did a lousy job on my car and did not fix my vehicle properly. Please don't trust this place and never go here for your vehicle repairs. They have terrible service and are all crooks. I was rear ended and had minor but noticeable damage to my bumper. The young man who hit me wanted to have to repair work done by a friend, Jorge Bueno at Hale's Collision Center. I agreed to that. Jorge replaced and repainted the bumper. It took only 3 days and looks perfect. read more

Worst experience ever. Don't believe any commitments on a completion date from the manager Billy Bugg. Also, keep in mind that you'll be the one trying to find out the status of the work, as no one ever calls. May car sat in the back for one week, when the parts were already on hand. Another week went by-nothing. Finally I show up at end of week two, and the car is in the bay, with no one working on it. The shop should not accept work or they should bring in addtional employees if they cannot accomplish the jobs within a reasonable time limit. Per the estimate my job was just over 40-hours of labor, and I had to wait two weeks before the work would start, while they had the vehicle. The quality of the work looked OK, but the clear coat had specks in it, indicating that they had dust in the paint booth or were just in a rush to get it done. I attribute the overall bad performance to piss-poor managment and would never go back there again. Also note I did not save any more $$$ over a dealer's body shop, I used Hale's since the dealer said they could not get me in right the first week, and Hales said they could get me in right away. Do not use this shop! I had my Saleen repaired there when the manager was Billy Bugg. Due to a back order from Saleen, I had to wait for some parts before my car could be completed. In te meantime, Billy left and the new manager Steve took over. Once my parts came in from Saleen, I went back to Hales to pick up the carbon Fiber Diffuser for my car which was still in the box from Saleen the last time I saw it. When I arrived, they couldn't find it at first and then they found it hanging on the wall like a piece of art! Not only that, but they lost all of the hardware for it. It has been 3 1/2 weeks of Steve making excuses, never calling me back like he said he would and not reimbursing me for the new hardware kit I have had to order from Saleen. Every time it call Steve, it's always an excuse of why he doesn't have a check for me and the owner Eric is always out of thee shop or out of town! Why would they take something that didn't belong to them in the first place and hang it on the wall!! This is a shady place and I would not advise anyone to use them! read more
