They decided to hike up the prices and unfortunately it has pushed our family out from using them as our local car people. I have been going to these guys for nearly two decades so I can definitely say that this was not by my choice. The pricing to replace spark plugs was over $150 more than a different Kwik Kar location. When you consider that we have two cars that need the same thing, that's over $300. How could we possibly not go to the other guy? Needless to say I am so so glad they decided to retain the employees and secure their jobs but the price hike was just too much for our family. I hope they can compromise on this and keep some of us locals around for their business.

I stumbled on Christian's Auto Repair in Grapevine, Texas. The place had great reviews, so I thought I would give them a try. I was not disappointed. Jerry (the owner) and his crew were all great. They provided me with an estimate for a full brake job (front and back) on the Rover that was less than 1/2 of the dealer's estimate. The work was fast and they did a great job. Best of all, the final cost was within $4 of original estimate. Overall, I am very pleased with the work and happy that I have found an honest auto repair shop where I can bring my vehicles.

He ignored my calls and text messages for days and kept telling me he would come back but he never did. He ended up stealing the $180 and I'm still stuck with the broken down Van.
