The biggest issue was that my dad's meal was completely forgotten. The rest of our table had finished eating before his dinner finally came out. No one should have to sit and watch everyone else eat because their order was overlooked. What made the situation even more disappointing was how it was handled. While our server did apologize, the service continued to be poor for the rest of the evening. A manager never came to our table to apologize, check on us, or ask what they could do to make the situation right. We also weren't offered to have my dad's forgotten meal comped, despite the significant mistake and inconvenience. Mistakes happen, and we understand that. What matters is how a restaurant responds when they do. Unfortunately, there was very little effort made to acknowledge the issue or recover from it, and that left a much worse impression than the mistake itself. It's a shame because the food was genuinely good, but the lack of customer service and accountability completely overshadowed the meal. We left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

The pizza was cooked well, however the cheese wasn't a good stretchy cheese but kind of mushy. The toppings were good. The wings were a little overcooked and not tossed in the sauce I chose. I'll take the blame on the sauce as I did not ask for them to be tossed. The onion rings tasted ok but the batter was, for lack of a better work, tough.
