After I gave my location, I was told a driver was "on the way" but couldn't be dispatched unless I provided my credit card. Only then was I quoted up to $350, which I immediately declined, refused to give my card for, and told her to cancel the driver and the entire transaction because I would call someone else. Despite being told the driver wouldn't be sent without payment info, he still showed up and towed my car. The driver himself was great and professional. He agreed to $200, but once we arrived (a two-minute drive), he called his boss and suddenly raised the price to $250. I refused to pay the increased amount. At that point, his boss got on the phone, spoke to me disrespectfully, and threatened to take my car back if I didn't pay the higher price. He also made comments like, "I'm sure you'll find someone else," and "I'm sure you have someone who can do it for free." The bosses name is SHAHRIAR SALARTASH, he spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner and try to make it seem like it's my fault they hadn't moved my car for less than a mile and we're trying to charge me 50 extra dollars out of nowhere.
