The jam is a must have. Tried it because it came with the food, and we bought extra of it. The service was really fast and very attentive. It was bottomless coffee's and our cups were never empty. The food was such a good price for the portions, and so tasty. Everything we had I would recommend. We got the chorizo - 10/10. The cutest little touches too. All different coffee cups. And placements of local spots.

It's in the middle of nowhere but the liver and onions are fantastic. A great meal for under $10. The diner is rustic but comfortable, a little Peter Gabriel is playing. Staff is friendly.

This was a very impressive diner! They have a good size menu to satisfy anyone that stops by and everything on the menu was $15 or under! A home cooked meal for that price you don't see very often. We went for brunch so I opted to go for breakfast. The chorizo scramble was delicious. I wish there were more jalapeños on it but other than that it was a hit. Everyone else's meals looked delicious as well. The fries were crispy, the pancakes tasted like vanilla, and the homemade bread was buttery!

    Nostalgic.

One of my favorite restaurants in the Greenville area for over 35 years. The perfect spot for some homemade cooking.

    Onion rings. Greasy much?

Don't let the looks of the building deceive you. Excellent staff and the food is really good. They have the best chocolate brownies!!!!

I also liked the mismatched mugs. They seemed seriously understaffed, and service was very slow. We ordered drinks, and waited long enough for someone to come back to take our food order that we were starting to wonder if they thought we were only getting drinks. There was another long wait for our food. When it arrived, it arrived in batches. One person ordered three tacos, but the order was entered wrong, so they only got one to start, and they had to wait quite a while for the other two. The food was good overall, but the portions were quite small. I did like the Bourbon Street French toast, particularly the caramel sauce. It could have used more bananas though. The fried pickles were good, as were the spicy mozzarella sticks. The steak omelet's sauce was odd. The nachos were good. The coffee and lattes were good. The regular orange juice had less juice than one poured for our toddler. Overall it was alright, but I don't know that I'd go back.

The Kevin Bacon LT was one of their many varieties of avocado toast which tasted very fresh and clean. Came in on a Sunday morning in August and the wait was 20 minutes, which is normally not an issue but the restaurant was only about 75% full. Service was a little slow but did not alter our positive experience. We will definitely be coming back to try more things on the menu.
