Hamburger stand has been one of my favorite cheat meals since I was a child. It saddens me to write this but i was absolutely disgusted the last time I went here by the amount of bugs and flys I saw while I was waiting for my food. Food is constantly great. Never have a problem with the food being cold. When I do come in I see the same hardworking lady making the burgers in the back she is on top of her game. Every time I see this lady she is always following heath code, as a former health inspector I think she does a great job. The cleanliness of the over all restaurant can be improved. I cant bring the stars up to a five because the ladies working cash register are a bit rude. I'm not sure if the employees just need more breaks because they are stuck in a small space. Yesterday I got food poisoning from this place. I know it was here because it's the only place I went. I think it was from their milkshake machine which they have been having trouble with for over a week. I've had better chili from a can and the customer service was just as bad as the food. I asked for ketchup and got the window closed in my face as she was even listening to my request. Soggy, undercooked fries, the burger was barely edible. I knew the quality wasn't going to be the greatest but 7/11 across the street would have been 10x better. This place is very filthy, let me tell you why, I was waiting to order and this guy comes in very mad and asks for the manager, he then shows her that he received a burger with two bites out of it, here is the shocking part... He asks all the employees who thinks they are funny by taking bites out of his burger, then the manager says " we would never do that, I just accidentally put the burger I was eating in your bag" WOW! Simply put, this place doesn't wear gloves when they make your food. I sat there and watched a guy touch his face, wipe his nose, grab all the dirty bottles, rags, and utensils, and then proceed to make and prepare food for people in the drive thru line as well as myself. I demanded my money back, to which I was told idk how to do that. I waited while the dope behind the counter struggled to get my money out of the register while the non eneglish speaking help cursed at me in spanish. He didn't know I could understand him.
