This is a really cool fusion restaurant. The tikka masala cheesesteaks are awesome. Really flavorful and delicious. I've gotten the jackfruit one, which is a great vegetarian or vegan option. My husband liked the chicken. I've also gotten the vegan burger which I enjoyed. Love that they have so many plant based options. Everything comes out hot and fresh. I haven't had the pizza but it intrigues me. I appreciate a late night food option AND they also have a parking lot (I hate street parking..). My only complaint is that the style of service is confusing. It's sort of a sit down, sort of a counter serve mix? Came here on a weekday midnight for a bite after a concert. Lassi was alright - this time around we tried the masala pizza and it could have more masala and flavors. I came at around 2am on a Friday and there were still a decent amount of people eating and chilling. There's plenty of parking in the parking lot and we got seated immediately after walking in. The servers were super friendly and patient with taking our orders and the food came out really fast. Even at those late hours, the restrooms were fairly clean as well. My table ordered: 1. Lamb tikka masala burger (5/5): very flavorful and unique! Loved the incorporation of tikka masala sauce and I think they also give you some on the side. 2. Fire tikka masala beef burger (4.5/5): very good in the beginning but it really is spicy! I could only taste spice as the flavor profile towards the end. I ordered medium spice level but should have gotten hot or the spices version. Not the best burger I have had but pretty good with a solid bun that was nicely toasted. Came for the burgers because that's what this place is known for. As an Indian, this burger is just the basic Indian tika burger with store bought buns and cheese. The fries were the only redeeming quality thing. The burger should have higher quality meat and more of it per burger. Additionally the toppings on the beef masala burger didn't make sense. It was like an East Asian cucumber salad on top of a South Asian Indian burger. My tastebuds were confused. The mango lassi was a classic can lassi I've had growing up in my childhood. There wasn't anything extra to it. The biryani was fire. And that's the redeeming reason for the three stars. If you go here to eat, don't get the burger, DO GET the actual Indian food. The food was super delicious and I loved everything I tried. The garlic cheese naan was so good and the chicken tikka cheesesteak was 100% worth trying! I'd suggest getting the cheesesteak without the lettuce, though. But that's pretty much my recommendation for any hot sandwich. Our waitress told us the sandwich is a customer favorite and I could immediately see why. I've gotten it both times I've gone! My kids loved the burgers, and they have really crispy, yummy fries! The owners here are so sweet, and one of them really took to my son. The second time we visited he remembered us and even treated my son to a dessert. He and my son are now definitely buddies! My partner and I were surprised by how much we liked this spot. Looks pretty casual inside with a bar but the food was quality! A strip mall location just steps away from another Indian food restaurant nearby, this was the choice of the night and I'll say it was simultaneously amazing and yet lacking in consistency. Entering into this bar vibe/causal eats restaurant, it was unclear what to do... seat myself? Go up a line for ordering when I wanted table service? Call out like a lost puppy? They found us not too slowly though and helped us to our table and greeted us with water! It paired well with my garlic naan and washed down all of it with my Gaia Peach Tea. The Tikka Masala was really run of the mill that I have experienced countless times just about everywhere. This place was just OK, for Denver. It probably wouldn't make it in the Bay Area where there's more competition. Here's what we tried: Chicken tikka masala - Decent flavor but it was way too salty. Normally, I pair the sauce with rice but it was so salty I just picked out the chicken and left the sauce. The cheese naan wasn't bad, though, a little heavy, but not bad if you like quesadillas. Fried chicken wings - Wings were on the smaller side, but the bigger issue was that they were fried for way too long. You know how meat gets stringy when it's been sitting in the fryer... Philly cheesesteak - It was OK. Not really authentic but it was fine. All-American burger - Decent burger, no complaints. Fries were good, better than the burger. Mango lassi - This was the biggest disappointment. It tasted like colored yogurt with no mango flavor at all. It's not difficult to make. Even when you buy the Rani canned mango pulp they have a mango shake recipe on the can that you just have to modify slightly to get a decent mango lassi. When the waitress saw that I barely touched it, she asked and I told her how there was no mango flavor. Her response was lukewarm. Would I come back? Let's just say everything except the baklava significantly exceeded my expectations. The burger with tika sauce was solid, although I'd probably order it hot next time in terms of spice level as opposed to medium. The chicken Philly cheesesteak was well flavored and a dish I'd never tried before. The tikka style flavor was well executed and the bread had a nice crisp to it. I came after work at 4pm. I was only person inside. Sani took my order for a Mango Lassi and an order of vegetable samosa. The Mango Lassi was very orange in color and smooth. The samosas were excellent. I got Tamarind & Masala dipping sauce. Their menu is very large with lots of items to choose. I decided to get a Chicken Tikka Masala Burger with a side of Cheesy Masala Fries. I asked for hot (mild/med/hot/super-hot spice levels). Nice and spicy. I got the carrot pudding for dessert. Correctly made with cooked julienned carrots, cream and garnished with nuts. I noticed 6 additional groups of people arrive by 5pm. The have a full bar with cocktails, wine, beer and mocktails. Amazing customer service, everyone we met here was very kind and friendly. You can order food at the counter or you can sit down with your party and dine in. Very chill and casual ambiance. Everyone loved the Gaia mint peach drink, it was a refreshing way to start. We ordered many dishes and shared, but some of the favorites were the cheesy tandoori fries, garlic naan, and hamburgers. It's always nice when the boss buys you dinner on nights that require working late. I was taught to never refuse a free meal, so scoured the menu. I'm so glad I found a menu with more detailed description of items because every time I landed on something I thought sounded good, Gaia has gone and done some dumb fusion twist on the dish that makes it sound unappetizing. Beef and gyro cheesesteak sounds great, why does it come with sriracha? Oooh pizza...with unappetizing toppings. But free dinner right? So I ordered the thing no one can screw up right? Chicken tenders and French fries. The tenders allegedly come with buffalo and ranch dipping sauces. Instead they're just drenched in buffalo. They're breaded. So it's just a disgusting soggy mess of chicken mass. Then it came with two teeny tiny quarter oz cups of ranch? The curly fries were equally as soggy, maybe even more somehow. The only way this dinner could have been any worse is if I get ill tonight. I would have never chosen to eat here, so if you've been invited out and this is the place and you're not liking the menu then PLEASE listen to your gut on this one.
