I've been going to Davari for the bast 5 years for someone like me how doesn't like dentist that means he is very good and nice doctor. Very detailed. Check everything. Give the time you need to understand and explain what he sees from the x Ray and give your options and his opinion. Very clean office. Very friendly staff starting from the secretary how calls to remind you with your appointment and always asks if you want to schedule for the cleaning. Dr. Davari has been my dentist for as long as I can remember. Not only is he a great dentist but he genuinely cares about his patients. He doesn't rush you and makes sure to explain everything and address all of your concerns before you leave. Aside from the doctor being amazing, his front desk is phenomenal. When I go to a doctor, appointment scheduling is almost as important as the care I receive. I've stopped going to certain great doctors just because the staff didn't know how to take appointments. I can't stand arriving to an appointment and then having to wait an hour or more to see the doctor. If you're someone who values your time like me, then you'll also appreciate that you wait maybe 5-10min max until they take you in. Went to this office with an arogant Dentist that charged me wrong and my insurance had to get involved and refuses to talk to me, will not return calls and are very slow at getting things to you. Just because one of your employees is on vacation doesnt mean you stop helping your patients. Also their policy is that they dont change your treatment to help you with your wallet so dont expect that to happen. Also the girl that took my X-rays didnt use the proper tools and had a plastic wrap around the thing they stick in your mouth which caused pain and gagging. read more

I only went here for an X-ray because I was a new patient and it was around the corner from my home in Glendale. During this new patient/X-ray exam, I explained that I had some pain in my tooth whenever I ate (I believe some food got stuck in between or under my tooth). The doctor had to refer me to another office for them to take a look at my tooth. Really?!? So I went to the office referred which was connected to this office but on another floor. The young women at the front desk are unprofessional and had me waiting over an hour bc they were trying to get ahold of my insurance company. Fail. Never returned. read more

I had the same dentist for years then my insurance changed so found I this office. When i called my insurance to tell them what happened they files a grievance and said it was not the first. Horrible customer service, the front office staff lied to my face regarding procedures needed and the cost of them. Complete idiots! They are also fans of seriously over charging you... they will find things that your insurance doesn't cover and tell you that you MUST get it... Lies all lies. Please please call your insurance directly after you are given the amount you are supposed to pay out of pocket. Dr. Davari wanted to charge me a ridiculous copay for a filling, even though I have really good dental insurance. I am so glad I called my provider and they reassured me that I was supposed to pay NOTHING as a copayment. I immediately cancelled my appointment and would never return to this dental office again. read more
