A real diamond in the rough. I contacted Ms Yesenia shortly after calling 6 other companies to compare rates, coverage etc. It was so bad that no one wanted to help and or give a simple quote. I live in the IE by the mountains as a new home owner, my insurance cancelled my policy for not having a smart water shutoff valve that can cost over 2000$ to install (Farmers insurance is picky and won't let you do it yourself or buy your own shutoff it has to be their partnered company) and with that, no other insurance company was was able to help us out due to us being a liability close to the mountains with all the fires that happen, Natalie from Hammers was able to find me an insurance with a fire policy and within a week I was insured again !
