Home away from home. We stayed here since it was local to Cincinnati, and also many small towns in Northern Kentucky. Many fine restaurants in nearby Florence, Mainstrasse Village (in Covington) and some small places in Wilder. We literally drove to Cincinnati, Brookville, Indiana and back in one day. The daily breakfast is your usual carb offerings, toast, muffins, bagels, waffles. Also an egg dish (powdered eggs or omelettes) and some fruit, cereal, milk, juices, coffee, tea, oatmeal, and yogurts. Coffee is served 24/7 and cookies in the afternoon. We loved the laundry faculty, $3.00 to wash and dry a load of clothes. You can get change from the front desk, since the machines use quarters. The room was clean and well stocked with clean towels and the basic shower items. There is a small fridge and microwave, also a coffee maker and an iron. Bathroom is a blow dryer as well. Mark, who works at the front desk, is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. He gave us some great suggestions. He also was so sweet and offered to clean our rooms himself, as there was a mix up with housekeeping. We of course did not ask him to do that. Sweet young man, who cares about the customers and takes pride in his job! We will stay here again, as the experience was pleasant!

Staff was friendly. The carpet in the lobby was dirty. Also, the mirror in our bathroom was dirty when we entered the room. The rest of the room seemed pretty clean, but the dirty mirror really threw me off.

Stayed here for a night while passing through the area. It was pretty much what I expected. Plenty of parking. Clean lobby. Friendly workers. Clean rooms. We had to leave early (prior to breakfast being served) and they gave us some snacks and water for the road. I would stay here again.

Living area with tv that swivels to living room and bedroom... huge desk/bar place things or work or for kids to climb. :)

We had a fantastic experience with this hotel... we live ten miles from here but this was about providing our 14 year old with a special father/son experience where he received a guitar and just celebrated life with his dad. I snuck in before their arrival and decked the place out for them. This is such a cool room.. design is awesome for what they needed... also a great staycation in the future to get away from responsibilities of home. Walking in lobby there is coffee, cookies and more. Pool and jacuzzi were great (they said).. had the place to themselves and my husband was thrilled with their breakfast. I wish I could remember the front desk woman as she was helpful when I was trying to decorate.. THANKS!! My husband just mentioned that the gym was great! Our daughters experience was great wolf lodge... we much prefer your establishment with fair rates - no hidden fees (in fact bill was less then expected) friendliness and decent gym with knowledgeable staff as great wolf had None of that!! We look forward to coming back and this is what we will always recommend to our out of town guests! Oh and refrigerator and microwave really help!

Normally, I find hotel food is just okay and nothing special, but Coppin's was a pleasant surprise. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess, and our equally pleasant server quickly brought menus and asked what we would like to drink. When it was my turn, I happily ordered Coppin's Old Fashioned. I was the odd man out because everyone else ordered the Spring Manhattan. Judging by how quickly everyone's drinks disappeared, I'd say they were all very tasty. I was a little unsure about mine at first, so to make sure the quality and taste were consistent, I ordered a second, and it definitely was not a mistake. I ordered the B+G biscuits (which are made by hand according to server in the hotel) and gravy with an extra egg. Others at the table chose a variety of dishes, including the CVG, Cobb Salad, Bagel and Lox, and several other selections. Based on the clean plates all around the table, everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. My wife ordered a sample of banana bread, and I was fortunate enough to snag a small bite, it was excellent. After we had all finished, everyone agreed that my niece had made an excellent choice for her graduation celebration brunch. As my wife and I made our way back to Louisville, we both commented that we would definitely return the next time we were in Covington.

I ended up being in the North Building and cracked up when I walked into my room and saw I was in one of the Lightwell Lofts (a few of us ended up in them by chance, guess they included them in our room block lol). While the room was super cool and beautiful, there was a lot to be desired. After taking a million photos of the gorgeous room, I quickly realized a major flaw - the bedroom is upstairs, the bathroom is downstairs, and the staircase between the two is a crazy narrow spiral staircase. As someone that gets up to pee in the middle of the night, having to traverse the spiral stairs was terrifying lol. One of my coworkers actually swapped with someone who had a "normal" room because he was worried about falling down the stairs. My downstairs tv wouldn't turn on. I fiddled with the remote a bit, tried rearranging the batteries, but couldn't turn it on. I used the ipad in the room to put in a maintenance request, but no one came. I figured I would just let the front desk know when I headed out to dinner that night. Hours later, the front desk calls me to see if anyone had come to fix the tv - they hadn't. The girl was very nice and apologetic, she said I sent the request in the middle of a shift change and someone had accidentally marked it as complete. So she said someone would be right up, and he did come up. Handed me a handwritten note and a $25 coupon for Coppin's which was totally unexpected and a very nice gesture. Turned out, he knew exactly what the problem was - he said the remote was broken and he was supposed to swap it out but forgot. Gave me a new remote and all was good. He also mentioned there is a second remote upstairs for that tv. After he left, I went to look for it - there was no second remote. We held our meetings in the Scheper Room, which was also beautiful. The room was absolutely freezing the first day and I'm someone that prefers it a touch colder and was uncomfortable. We had to get them to update the thermostat and then in the afternoon it was way too hot. We had food brought in from the hotel and it was all fine, nothing super memorable. There was soup at lunch but the sign didn't even say what it was - just "chef's choice." The Italian hoagies were way too big and needed to be cut in half, I couldn't even finish half of one. The salad with fruit/pecans/etc was my favorite though. They had the completely wrong password on the tables for the Wifi but thankfully we figured it out quickly that we just had to use the room password. The second day for breakfast, there was yogurt on the menu and even on the sign with all the food - but there was no yogurt. Some of my coworkers were specifically asking for yogurt so we had to request it directly because it was included and paid for. Box lunches to take to go on the second day which were fine, I had the chicken caesar salad wrap. Housekeeping didn't come to service my room until 5pm when I was in there getting ready for dinner, so I was not able to get the room serviced. Just asked them for some more coffee. My conditioner in the shower was empty but I didn't bother reporting it after the tv issue and I had my own conditioner with me, so used that. The lotion at the sink was so thick that I could not get it out of the bottle at all, I had to use q-tips to get it out (it was nice quality, just kinda useless if you can't get it out of the bottle lol). Great local offerings on the mini bar and in the fridge. My coworkers and I got a kick out of the "intimacy kits" because we were on a business trip haha. The Magic 8 ball was fun, I loved the conversation cards even though I just read a few of them to myself haha. Even with the bedroom upstairs, it was nice to have the big double closet in the bathroom hallway so I really was just in the loft to sleep and kept all my stuff downstairs. The location is great, lots of fun stuff right nearby. The courtyard is lovely. I would say this is a solid 3.5 stars but since we can't give half stars, I'll give it a 4 because the staff was overall very nice and quickly fixed any issues, just a little annoying that we had any issues at all.

The furniture in the lobby across from the entrance looked like it would be a challenge to sell at a used furniture store - worn, unclean, disgusting. They painted the entrance halls going up the stairs by the opulent marble a bright teal color. The elevator was not working. The food was horrible. The short rib deconstructed beef stew was two pieces of beef fat Surrounded by nearly raw carrots. The potatoes looked like they were burned sausage links. I sent this back and ordered a turkey club. The turkey was lukewarm but the sandwich was not toasted. The steak frites was dry. Such disappointing food from a formerly luxurious restaurant was sad. The only thing good about this place was our server. She was amazing and took the bad food back without any problem and helped me secure some food so I would not go away unfed. Hilton should be ashamed of itself for allowing a national historic register art deco landmark to decline to this state. The entrance to as a mess and every piece of glass in the first two floors needed cleaning. I will keep my memories of the Omni Palm Court and forget about the sad state of decline for this former gem of a Cincinnati landmark!

The same elevators serve the lobby and guest rooms, so there was often a wait, especially since they're fairly small. It took a couple of rounds before we could get on one with enough space. If you don't mind a short walk, there's a staircase in the back that can be a convenient alternative. The lobby is located on the second floor, and the staff was friendly and efficient. We were welcomed with complimentary bottled water and checked in quickly. Our room was lovely, modern, and impeccably clean. The housekeeper wasn't rude, but she did ask what time we were leaving, and we simply replied that we'd be checking out at 11:00 am, since that was the posted checkout time. It wasn't a huge issue, but it's not something I've experienced at other hotels, so it caught me a little off guard. Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-priced, and I'd definitely stay here again on a future trip to Cincinnati.
