I checked out and then I wanted to check back in and I booked the room. Everything was all set paid for three nights I guess the hotel they say oh we're all booked up. You can't stay here because an incident that happens with your dog. What do you mean what happened with my dog first off? We were there for five nights and everything was fine. This place is ridiculous so therefore, I had to get my money refunded which took a couple days and they made up some excuse that I couldn't stay there with a service animal, which is crazy. Do not recommend this place.

Best Western Plus New Englander - Woburn, MA…read more Stayed here from Oct 30 to Nov 1 for a short vacation in Massachusetts. The entrance was welcoming, and the staff--especially the friendly woman in the breakfast area--made a great impression. She was always cleaning and had a kind, upbeat energy that stood out. The room had two queen beds, a large cabinet with an ironing board and extra comforter, a desk, and a cool refrigerator--all solid amenities. The TV was tiny, and the constant Spectrum pop-up commercials were a bit annoying, though the remote was kind of cute. The room smelled strongly of cleaning products, but it wasn't unbearable. The chair was stained, and the carpet felt like a throwback to the '90s. The bathtub was unusually high, which could be tricky for some guests. The bed was very comfy, and the sheets were clean and soft, but the pillows were too small and flat--please invest in better ones! The pool was okay, and the gym could use an upgrade (maybe add some free weights and fix the odd smell). The food changed daily, which was nice, but overall it was bland--convenient, but not memorable. One suggestion: the Best Western we stayed at in Connecticut had an EV charger. Please consider installing a Level 2 charger here--it would be a huge plus for travelers like us. What saved this from being a 3-star stay? The 24/7 coffee station--a small but mighty perk. Heads-up: The parking lot is shared with a restaurant, and it gets chaotic at night

Positives : room was clean and so were the common areas INSIDE the hotel…read more It's a pet friendly hotel. The staff was all very friendly and kind. Negative: the amount of dog poop around the outside of the hotel was outrageous. I 100% agree that it's the responsibility of the pet owner to clean up after their dog. I certainly did. But walking her was like walking on a mine field. So nasty. After several days, it was obvious no one was going to clean it up. I brought it to the staff's attention and they promised to take care of it. However, it was never cleaned up before I left and my stay was nearly 2 weeks long. It stinks (no pun intended) because it makes an otherwise great stay - well okay not RUINED - but it was enough to make me not wanna stay there again. To know of literal hazardous waste all over your property and just leave it there is Wild.

My last visit to the area, I booked the same hotel brand further North and closer to the New Hampshire border. I discovered at that hotel I stayed in farther North, I was going the same direction as people who work in Boston and travel North to home. The traffic was so busy at rush hour in those directions they open the breakdown lane (shoulder) as a travel lane. This time I decided to stay in a hotel closer to Boston because I would be traveling in the opposite direction of traffic during rush hour. I noticed this hotel is both a Homewood Suites and a Hampton Inn. I chose to book the Homewood Suites and selected a king studio suite because I knew I would have a little more space to do work in the evening and watch TV at the same. I also appreciate the kitchenette and full size refrigerator with other essentials for a longer stay. I booked and checked in online ahead of my visit. When I arrived I went to the front desk to get a key for the room because I've had some difficulty using the digital keys in the past. I ate a small breakfast each morning which was included. I was thankful the breakfast started at 6am each weekday because I needed to leave relatively early. Each morning there was a form of egg and meat and a couple of days there was also a potato. The eggs options ranged from scrambled to cheese omelets, to western omelets. The meat ranged from Canadian bacon to sausage patties, sausage links and diagonally cut link sausage slices. They had bagels, bread for toasting, oatmeal, a waffle maker and some other options. I was able to get something for breakfast each morning. In addition, there is a Chick-fil-A practically in the parking lot for the hotel which is open from 6:30am to 10:00 pm. I was able to relax a little during my off time from work and get some rest. Overall this was a great stay, it was quiet and comfortable. Other than the room and the breakfast I did not check out any of the other hotel amenities. I would recommend to others.

Looks like many rooms have a balcony that overlook the indoor pool! I personally love hotels w/ layouts like this, as it creates space that makes it feel like you're "outside" without actually needing to go outside. The dance competition was on the second floor & there were many pop-up shops here that day. Lots of pretty ballroom dresses, jewelry & accessories, and more for sale. Overall, Hilton Woburn served as a solid venue for the competition & seems like a nice place to stay! Very modern looking & kept pretty clean. Lots of parking available.

1 star - Wish I could give zero stars…read more I stayed at Hilton Woburn for 5 nights to treat myself for my birthday, and honestly, I regret booking this place. The front desk agent (Mo) was incredibly cold and unwelcoming. My first room was dirty--floors were gross, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, and there was no soap or shampoo in the dispensers. When I asked for a room change, I was treated rudely. The second room wasn't much better: still dirty, the tub didn't drain, and still no basic amenities. I called guest services and was told someone would come fix it. No one ever did. This is supposed to be a 4-star Hilton hotel? I paid top dollar and was made to feel uncomfortable and ignored. Definitely not the birthday trip I imagined. Hilton Woburn, you've lost my trust. Edit made may 8th 2025: my stay was meant to be till the 11th but Andrea the manager called the police on my entire group because we were making complaints about our rooms not being cleaned my cleaners when we reported. So yeah... I hope this review gives you a snapshot of the kind of service to experience when spending your hard earned money on this establishment. I checked out and moved to another hotel. I was not going to let my birthday to be ruined by incompetence.

We were asked to rebook and that a refund would be provided on the messed up reservation. The hotel ended up charging us twice. Upon getting up to the room, the toilet in 222 was not properly seated and toilet water leaked from the seal onto my pants. The staff was generally polite, the manager I spoke with was an absolute rude A hole that just wants to juice you for money. Absolute poor customer service and lack of care if you are a repeat customer. I have stayed at this location at least 4 times in the last two years and I will not be returning based off of getting charged twice for a room that had issues. Prior visits felt reasonable, but this visit the lobby felt dirty, the atmosphere felt dangerous and the walls are paper thin, you can hear people partying in other rooms. There is poor service in terms of available water, ice buckets, breakfast, or anything that a normal Holiday Inn Express has. Stay at your own risk.
