We called Capistrano Air and they scheduled a visit for today. They said it would be $95 just to come out for the inspection and the cost would be absorbed or waived if any work needed to be done. Jorge came out, listened to what happened, went up to the attic to inspect the furnace and found a fuse that had blown out. He replaced the fuse and was done within 15 - 30 minutes. Done. $145 out the door. I wondered if he could check our air conditioning unit to do any maintenance on it (which is what so many people say MUST be done once a year), and Jorge said that is not necessary. He said our HVAC unit is working fine and should be fine for the next 10 - 15 years! He said that the only "maintenance" that needs to be done is to replace the filters once a year (which is what we do anyway). He didn't try to upsell us on any unnecessary service or product. 5+ stars!

McShane was our technician and he's the reason I'm even leaving a 5 star review. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. He was respectful of the property, used shoe covers before entering, and asked permission before moving things around. You notice those little things when you've had a bad experience in the past. I would say the value is also worth it. It was $85 for the tune-up. I was obviously looking for something cheaper but you get what you pay for. Overall great service!! This company will now be my go-to for my HVAC needs!

I spoke with John - no rushed phone call, even on a holiday! John came to my house within a day or so, again it was a holiday weekend. John reviewed all of options in detail - he was professional, knowledgeable, polite - everything you hope for when working with a larger expense for your home and don't know a lot about it! Leo (main installer) was amazing - hard working, accommodating, and very knowledgeable! Poor guy was in my attic, which felt like it was 120+ degrees, for hours! I did recently reach out for a for a service call out. I wanted to discuss a few other options that were originally discussed but at the time I waited on. Gabby took care of scheduling me - great customer service, polite, and considerate of my request and needs. Martin came out to address my later service call request, he was on time, professional and informative. So we used J Martin to remove the asbestos and fully clean and sanitize the attic. The air ducts we're also old and and so we had them replaced and then lastly put in good insulation. The workers were amazing! This project took several days because I decided to have them also clean my attic and put in good insulation. Angel and Leo were there every day and were extremely kind, courteous, and professional! They did very thorough work and answered all of my questions and even took photos and video to show me the before and after. Very quality people you can trust to do the job right. Two different HVAC companies that inspected my system admitted that they have had poor installations as well. However, both companies said they warranty their labor on a poor installation minimum of 2-3 years later. What's more, I received a most insincere "I wish you well".....Johnny promised to speak with his installation team about modifying a price to fix the leaking system.
