First off, the only person I would ever see here is ROCKY. You must request him. Or the nice lady that sits in the first chair. I believe her name is Kim. Everyone else is a No go. Especially the younger boy. My kids massage better than him. Also Do not go to Kathy, she messed up my friends nails and when my friend asked her to change it, her attitude immediately changed and she started tossing her things around and being rough with my friends hands. The owner had to come and fix it for her. Anyways Rocky is the best. His massages are hands down always good pressure like I like it and his pedicure and full sets are always what I ask for. I always come with an inspo picture to make it easier. If you pay cash its a little cheaper so they don't charge a percentage. Theres a hawaii usa atm located right next door. Downside is the bathroom is located around the building and I never been to a nail salon where they charge you for the disposable nail kit (scrubber,file etc)they use on you. I was very impressed with Hana Nails & Spa. I was greeted immediately by Kim and she assisted right away with a pedicure. She was very friendly and nice to me. And did a great job with my pedicure. My gel nail Pedicure came out immaculate! Doing all black nails is not easy and mines came out top notch thanks to Kim. They impressed me with disposable pedicure kits, meaning they do not reuse nail files, pumice stone, or buffer. Thats Clean to me! Prices are very good and reasonable.. I love coming to Hana Nails. The staff here are all so friendly and great at what they do. I look forward to my monthly pedi here (I highly recommend the Pedi in the Box). Its clean here, the massage chairs are amazing, and they have a wide selection of polishes, styles, and designs they can do. I've recommended this place to so many of my friends. The place I usually go to was fully booked, so I decided to find one close to my house. I called to make an appointment for mani/pedi for 5:30pm and they gladly were able to fit me in. Although, coming from work in Kaneohe, I shoulda known better. I gave them a courtesy call that I was running late due to traffic. They understood and they still were able to see me. I was immediately greeted and they started on me right away. I chose the Star Pedicure & decided to go with the pink and white ombré. I wish I got my nail techs names, but they both worked on me at the same time. I felt bad since I know they wanted to go home, but they didn't rush me at all. Their work is amazing! Tran looked at the sample photos I had and suggested she do one nail with one style so that I could see how it came out. This salon is worth going to. But don't get any work done by the lady who sits on the first station right when you walk in to do your nails. She skipped cutting my cuticles and started on my nail beds. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had showed her inspo pictures and asked for a specific length. Spa was very clean and they had protective glass for covid. They did not make me wash hands prior to nail service. Over all my nails are okay, but the lady who did my French tip did not do a great job. The polish was uneven and made my tips go up in an angle. I've been coming for a year, and I'm pleased with the service and skill of the few nail techs that have worked on me. I do recommend this place despite my only issue is that each time they use the scrubby on my toes, I'm left itching the next couple of days. I will speak up and not forget next time to have them just skip that because I do think skin not supposed to itch, and that brush ain't part of the disposable kit. I just have sensitive skin after soaking, and this may not be an issue with others. read more

Definitely good for a quick nail appointment for something simple. Can be pricey but I don't complain since it's convenient.

The nail tech took away shape of my nail that I had when I came in and then she couldn't make the same shape again because my nails are too short..because SHE cut them not following my shape. She was very rough on my nails. She brought out the wrong color of dip 3 times because she couldn't slow down to read the numbers right. Then she took everything and moved me to another chair and said someone else would take care of me because she had an appointment coming in. The other nail tech wasn't much better even though my nails were already messed up from the first tech. The length was uneven and there were bubbles in two of the nails. The towels and entire salon smelled musty and the entire salon was just not very clean and taken care of. There were also two guys that worked there lounging in the pedicure chair with their dirty socks on the chair which was just the icing on the cake for my disappointment of this salon. I wasn't going to write a review until not even 12 hour after I got my dip manicure done one of my nails broke. Well, there goes $45 down the drain. I'm very disappointed. Update: All of my dip powder nails chipped or popped off within 3 days of getting them done. Avoid this place. read more

This is a review I hate to leave, I had been going here for a while....then all of a sudden BAM!!!! I went in for the works, brow waxing, pedicure and gel mani! By the time I was done I was absolutely in tears (literally) the girl took off half my brows!!! I have been working on them for years, and we all know how long it takes to grow them. Needless to say I was so upset that I didn't even notice till the next day that the colors of my toes and fingers didn't match! I was told to just fill my brows in! First timer here with a subpar experience. We choose this place because of the reviews & location was convenient for my cousin. I was not feeling my nail tech. Normally I receive an acetone soak off with my gel mani, but he just electronically filed it off instead. It was too rough for my liking & I didn't like the pressure & heat the electric file was giving me. I was hoping the shape of my nails would be clean & smooth due to the amount of time he was spending on them, but it's ridged and uneven on both hands, looks worse in person. He also put a lot of coats which made my polish thick & lumpy. However, not much to complain about my pedi. My cousin's nails turned out pretty and would return back to Cindy. They also charge for the disposable liner & tools they use on you. I probably won't come back & stick with my usual salon. I know it was the lady's first time drawing lips and snake skin but she didn't draw the snake skin like how I wanted and in the color that I wanted.
