Now that I'm home and trying to sleep, my toes are extremely sore and painful. This shouldn't happen after a pedicure. I was also concerned that I did not see brand new or properly sanitized tools being used, which is very important for hygiene and safety. I hope the salon improves their sanitation practices and is more gentle and careful with clients in the future. Also they need to mop those floors I still left a tip because the nails came out okay looking . But i am in pain

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Hanah's Nail Salon, and I must say that I am absolutely furious with the horrendous service I received. From start to finish, my visit was a disaster that left me with poorly done nails and a seething anger that compelled me to share my dreadful experience. Aboslutely horrible customer service. The ladies were extremely rude and Hanah especially was a terrible person towards me. Upon entering the salon, I was met with indifference from the staff at the front desk. There was no warm welcome or any attempt to make me feel valued as a customer. Instead, I was met with blank stares and an air of disinterest. Ignoring this red flag, I proceeded with my appointment, hoping that the nail technicians would be more professional. However, any hopes of a redeeming experience were quickly shattered. The nail technician assigned to me seemed utterly disengaged and uninterested in her work. As she worked on my nails, it was clear that she lacked the necessary skills and attention to detail. The application of the polish was uneven, with streaks and smudges marring the final look. It was as though she rushed through the process without a care in the world. As I brought up my concerns about the quality of the service, the technician's attitude became even more infuriating. She brushed off my complaints with a dismissive tone, claiming that I was being overly critical. Her lack of accountability and refusal to acknowledge the poor job only fueled my frustration. What truly pushed me over the edge was the exorbitant price I was charged for this subpar service. Not only did I leave the salon with nails that looked like they had been done by a novice, but I also felt like I had been taken advantage of financially. It's beyond comprehension how they could have the audacity to charge such high prices for work that was clearly far below par. In the end, I walked out of Hanah's Nail Salon feeling utterly defeated and cheated. The combination of shoddy workmanship, indifferent staff, and unjustifiably high prices is nothing short of a customer service disaster. I cannot express enough how disappointed and furious I am with my experience at this nail salon. It's a shame that what should have been a simple self-care treat turned into a nightmare that left me questioning the integrity of the establishment. My experience at Hanah's Nail Salon was absolutely fabulous! The staff were incredibly friendly and proficient in their craft. I opted for a gel manicure and gel pedicure and was beyond pleased with the end result - Andy did my gel pedicure & Hanah did my gel manicure and they both did amazing! I needed to look the best for my cousin's wedding and Hannah was able to fit me in and went above my expectations. Coming from San Diego, I rarely get an '' authentic'' Vietnamese nail treatment that I got here at Hannah's. Not sure why this place got 4 stars, today was our first time there and I'm definitely not impressed by their skills. The owner probably spend about 10 mins each on our pedicures, probably because there were others waiting, Hanah didn't want to loose any business so she rushed through our pedi.
