He personally offered them water and candy while they waited for me. During the laser hair removal procedure (full face), the doctor made sure I was comfortable and explained the procedure before we started. He was very clear with the maintenance instructions and gave me some recommendations to better my skins appearance. At the time for payment, I could not believe what I was hearing or seeing. The doctor was helping me to reduce my total! The statement reflected the cost of the service that the receptionist told me over the phone but the total was much less. HE ACTUALLY HELPED ME REDUCED MY TOTAL! I was in disbelief that doctor would actually reduce my total instead of keeping it to create more revenue for the business. She makes sure to adjust my settings as needed to maximize my results, and hits virtually all areas without missing spots. I can't wait for her to also begin injecting! I will trust her with filler, botox, etc any day. I go elsewhere for those services but will bring my business to SEV as soon as she begins the injecting. 10/10! But the scheduling/front staff are beyond horrible Very rude, very judgy (heard them gossiping rudely) and will constantly change your appointment without telling you or your confirmation.
