Shane and Bryan provide a service that is 100% worth every penny. The couch that I had them clean was dingy and had some dog hair and areas that you could tell needed cleaning. I thought it would take maybe an hour to clean, but Bryan spent probably about 3- 3.5hrs to clean my sofa making sure to get every square inch of it cleaned. I could not believe how much better it smelled and looked. You can tell that this company respects their customers and truly wants to provide the best service possible. Here is a photo of my sofa. Vivian and her crew at Hands On are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough in their cleaning. I have known Vivian and used her service for over 15 years. When I was renting my unit, as an absentee owner, it was imperative to have someone I could rely on to check my property between guests and to keep it cleaned. They would contact the property manager if there were any issues. If there were maintenance issues, they contacted me and arranged to take care of the problems. We have been using Hands On for 14 months and have not been disappointed. We own a condo that we rent on a weekly basis so we might have 25-27 renters a year. We have had great response/service with them specially on weekends when we have the greater flow of check-in/out. They are trustworthy and do a very good job of cleaning. Adam refused to take accountability for his staffs actions engaging with the landlord and ruining my chances of getting my substantial deposit back. This is unacceptable! I paid for a "move out" cleaning. I did not pay for them to supply my landlord with proof of a dirty condo. Horrible betrayal which cost me over $5000. Only offered me 15% ($67) refund. Showing pictures of a dirty condo before it was cleaned to my landlord sabotaged the entire process. Clearly Asent Clean cannot be trusted.

(My carpet was super dirty and had all type of spots!) 3. They were not done in 20 minutes or less, but instead took their time to make sure the carpet was properly cleaned. 4. They even raked the carpet to help with the dry time! 5. Extremely professional, friendly and hard workers. The only issue for some people is that the carpet needed some dry time. Took me about an hour+ with some regular fans blowing, but they did offer to leave a fan for a fee and that was the only up-sell I got! Hope they keep up the great service at an awesome price.

After telling her I couldn't do that, she wished me the best going forward. Now, after cleaning our house myself for the past 3 weeks, I'm finding areas that were totally left uncleaned. In addition, the issues happening constantly were the scheduling: a different time every 2 weeks, and except for one cleaner most of the time, a different "trainee" with her each time. Sometime a very rushed cleaning. Brenda wanted to charge me $45 extra to clean my refrigerator. It's just my husband and myself, plus 2 cats, we aren't dirty people with a big dirty house. They didn't have to do laundry, or make or change the beds. If the windows got cleaned they were left streaky. I feel like she just didn't want our business. I don't recommend the service.
