It seemed to of good quality and they beat the price. BUT when they installed they ordered so little that every room had to be pieced ,4 pieces to do my bedroom and 2 for each closet!! The installer said I had 8 lb. luxury padding like I ordered at Lowes but I took a label I removed from the padding to an another installer and was told it was the basic standard 6 lb. The carpet looks great but the real quality of with patched installation and downgraded pad signifies a real rip off.

Unlike, other companies, Hopkins doesn't cheat in measurements (They measured at least 15 ft. less than two other companies). Installation is more expensive at Hopkins, but with less flooring, it comes to about the same as cheaper places (You must do the math). However, installation was poor. The installer left big spaces around the perimeter that were not all covered with the shoe moulding. My husband had to apply tinted caulk in many areas to cover the gaps. When I complained to the owner, she would not hear it. So, if a good price is what you're looking for, check out Hopkins. If service is more important, go with someone else.

The job was completed professionally and efficiently. The second time service is to replace a worn down carpet in a small room. Tom came out three times to get the best match of the color based on my request. He is very patient, professional and pays a lot of attention to details. The price is also very reasonable. I really appreciate when the business is getting the job done correctly no matter how big or how small it is!

He measures things up and shows me some options that are in-house for quick turnaround. A day later he sends me a couple of quotes with options on the padding so I mull things over. A week later, I decide to pull the trigger on the new carpets and the team at Molina works with me for a convenient installation date. While Home Depot needed 2 or 3 weeks to install, Molina was ready to go, stat! They bill me for half of it on Friday and then come in on Saturday for the install. The technician, Julian installs everything in 4 hours or so and it looks great. Very professional and the communications with the office was excellent. And very competitive prices to beat from a local business. So I can absolutely recommend Molina carpets for your future flooring work. They're responsive, communicate well and provide good value. A big thumbs up from this guy!

HEY YELPER'S GOOD ALERT Just wanted to give you guys a…read moreUPDATED ON THAT BABY CHARGER I GOT FROM the USED CAR DEALER KELLY'S KARZ in GARNER, NC I still have it and it still keeps a smile on my face because since purchasing this car with my Trade- In TOYOTA COROLLA. I when I brought it too my mechanic he told me it need a tune-up, 2 new front tires, and like I said The car was put on the inspection machine and it passed with all bells and whistles. Now there where 2 RECALLS on the car but they were minor And I took that Charger to WENDELL DODGE and had them take care of that as well. I was NEVER AT ANY TIME PRESSURED by the owner or his wife and I didn't know these people from Adam's apple. They made me so comfortable and they didn't rush me at all. I did get the tune-up, the new tires, a oil change and when I got this car it had 99,000 miles on the odometer do you guys know I have be all over the place with this car and even put another 15,000 and Guess what not once did I ever have a check engine light it has never left me stranded and had to be towed and I do get lots of compliments my mail lady loves it, the man next door to my old place loved it too. One time I went to Foodlion this lady was sitting in a truck parked next to my car when I came out the grocery store she yells yeah that is a beautiful car I told her thank you and that is why I got get it l, it caught my I as well. But I know a lot of people buy used cars from second hand places and they have horrible results. I know I feel your pain. Now I did go to automotive school and studied to me a mechanic and my whole childhood I was such a tomboy if me Dad was under is car changing oil I would climb under there with him and him touch me so much auto stuff from like the time I was 7 years old to about the time when I turn 12 years old at 12 my Dad wanted to see if I retained everything he was teaching me so low and blow quiz time. My Dad took me outside and told me to stand a the front of the car he opened the truck and came to me with a box with 1 oil filter 5 quarts of oil and the wrench that you take the oil filter off with and a box wrench for the oil pain to remove the screw and the pan to catch the oil and last but not least the funnel to help the oil in it's way way to the car from the bottle. My dad handed me this stuff padded me on the back and said make me proud Now you have to understand something about be Daddy he was married previously before and that wife bared him a Girl and his first wife already had two boys for her previous marriage but my Dad was a good sport and raised them to become very good men. He had a little misfortune his first wife Died of OVARIAN CANCER HE TOOK THAT HARD. But God lead him to my Mom who has also had a son of hers as well but when he got my mom pregnant my sister Tracy popped out and after Tracy a year later I popped out my Dad had a real Girl Gene going on he was dying for a son but he keep shooting blanks it that department so he tells my mom let's try one more time if it doesn't happen I'll stop asking. Mom was not having it not now not ever. So I remembered all my Dads misfortune's so I wanted to make him proud. He left me the by myself and said come get me when you done And I will check it over. I was scared too death because I only watched every time he did it I never physically did myself. So I took a breath and got at it was done in about 15 minutes to do it so I went and got him and he looked over and looked at me with a big smile and told me if you where a boy you would be a mess. And I got stuck changing his oil every 3 months or 3000! Miles. This man even taught me how to drive at 11 years old don't tell dmv that lol. But thank God for CARFAX REPORTS because I know what to look for when buy used cars. I knew looking at the car fax report I Knew this car was a gem even with that much mileage that's is why I Traded a 2017 Toyota Corolla for a 2012 Dodge Charger SE because it was pretty and fast. So in closing I know a lot of people Bad Mount used car salesmen but I'm telling you. These people at Kelly's Karz were the most professional, welcoming, not trying to get over on people. And that is why I Highly Recommended them to you YELPER'S They never sold me garbage car that break's down or overheat or check engine lights coming on. So those of you in the market for a good reliable cars was no BS sales pressure or garbage vehicle's So again Thank You Kelly's Karz for a wonderful car buying experience.

The project was supposed to be completed in December 2024, but after eight months of repeated delays, no-shows, and broken promises, the job was still unfinished. Despite having in writing that items like the bookshelf, handrail, and stair landing were included, the contractor abandoned the project before completing any of those elements. Their communication was sporadic at best, and I was often left waiting with no notice or explanation. When I finally insisted they meet the extended timeline I had allowed, they responded by filing a mechanic's lien against my home--a retaliatory and questionable move considering the state they left the project in. I have hired legal counsel and am actively pursuing a resolution. I would strongly recommend anyone considering this business document everything, and proceed with caution. I regret trusting this team with my home.

But I'm going to make an exception with Dan and Floor Coverings International of Raleigh. It cost us almost $12,000 to have 1,200 sq ft of new wood flooring installed in our home. Within 1 week of the installation the floor started to bulge and floor boards started "cupping up". The issue continued to get worse over the next several months throughout our home. We asked Dan to explain why the floor was "cupping", a term for the boards bulging and pulling away. He said we had a moisture problem. and there was nothing he could do. We had to replace the floor because our guests were tripping over the floor boards. Prior to having a replacement floor installed, we had the concrete subfloor tested for moisture and the test proved the floor was extremely dry. Moisture could not have been the problem with Dan's installation. Since then Dan refuses to return our calls or emails. We didn't receive any reimbursement of our $12,000, and were unable to save any of the wood that he installed (an additional $9,000). We received no value for our money and experienced poor quality workmanship and terrible customer service. Fortunately, when we replaced the floor, we used a different company called FootPrints Floors. Shawna and her team were extraordinary! Our new floor looks fantastic after FootPrints installed it.
