Robin was professional on the phone. His contractor was suppose to show up today at 9am but due to a family health emergency, he was not able to show up by 10am. We agreed that if Lupe was not able to show up by 10am, we would cancel the appointment for today. Otherwise, Robin tried to help me the best he could. Only complaint I had is that Robin tries to speak in a an aggressive manner and states that he is a Millionaire and is only trying to help me, but otherwise doesn't need such a small job like mine. We hired The Handyman to replace the tile and install our vanity for us and the quality of the work done was great. When they ripped up the old tile we found a bunch of rotted wood, and they were able to replace that for us as well as some moldy dry wall behind the vanity. We asked last minute for an extra outlet to be installed while the walls were open and they squeezed that in too!
