We originally rated Frank very highly. However we found out the hard way that he does NOT guarantee his work! He made a space for us for a new stove that was OK, and he put drawer guides for a large drawer underneath, which work and we praised that work. HOWEVER, we called him back to put in drawer guides for two silverware drawers. At the time, they stuck and I asked him to please adjust them. He was not happy with that1 Then after he left, they got much worse. I have arthritis, and having to pull several times to get the drawers to open is PAINFUL! I wrote to him and asked him to please return to fix them. He said NO and we would have to pay him all over again! We even bought this guy dinner after his work! What a schmuck. Be aware! read more

Frank is not only technically savvy, he is very creative. I have six Morracian light fixtures installed and not only did Frank have the technical know how, he had a creative vision for the placement and functionality of the fixtures. One of the lights needed to be converted from just holding candles to be electrically ready and Frank did this conversion with high quality and value. Mr. Rubio knows his way around tools. And he's very personable. He explains simply exactly what he's doing as he works with you. I heard he's starting a "how-to-YouTube" soon and I will definitely remain on his contact list for future shows so I can see what he's working on. He also gave me hacks that I wish I had known about before. I told him he should write a book or do a website with all his good informatio. I'd pay a small subscription fee for that! I called Frank and asked him to do some work in my apartment. I had to cancel last minute and he obliged. The next day I called him with 2 hours notice and he was able to come in and do everything I asked him to do: change garbage disposal, look at why hot water was not working, and stapling some phone wire to the wall. He did everything in 2 hours quoted and showed me the receipt for the garbage disposal he installed without any markup.
