He is an excellent and experienced stylist who takes the time to understand his client's wishes. I discovered this salon from my husband. He started taking me there for my six week highlights and cut soon after we started dating. This salon is so wonderful. Christopher Morabito, the salon owner, keeps it very friendly and festive. Christopher is my stylist and he can and will do anything you need for any occasion, be it a maintenance visit or a special occasion such as a wedding or a formal event. He gave me such a beautiful and elegant updo for my wedding day. I get so many compliments after every visit. He also has a couple of manicurists there as well so you can book appointments for both hair and nails there. Aside from my friend going to Handzz & Strandzz, I was impressed with other people that I know in Burbank that go there. Alex is my stylist and she is fantastic. My appointment was for color. Alex listened to what I was looking for and I asked for her advice. Alex helped me a lot. She is friendly and professional. She did an amazing job with my hair. I still keep looking at the mirror admiring my hair; especially as I hear only positive comments. The hair salon is locally convenient in a very nice neighborhood in Burbank. There is plenty of free street parking. In addition to hair services, there is also a nail service station there too. The other staff I met on my visit was very friendly. I stumbled across this charming salon via Yelp... with the goal of finding a new spot... after having been with my stylist for six years... there were dozens to choose from... I decided to pop in simply to check it out in person... and I immediately loved it... the salon was intimate... the decor was rock and roll fabulous... and Christopher was welcoming and warm... fast forward to the next day for my haircut with him... I came with my story, my pictures, and my nerves... I had not trimmed my pixie since the 1st of February... four and a half months... my nerves disappeared almost instantly... Christopher was a master of his trade... with over 30 years experience... our conversation was lively and respectful... the time passed quickly, and the scissors were busy... my experience was wonderful... and was topped off with a hug filled with gratitude from Christopher... This review is for both Debbie (nails) and Chris (hair). I first started seeing Debbie for acrylics - she does absolutely beautiful work and never had any of the problems I've had with acrylics over the past 20 years. She is consistent and friendly - I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. My nails always look perfect when I get them done. She also does wonderful pain-free pedicures! Chris has been doing my hair for the past year. Everytime I see him I get lots of compliments. He uses a variety of color for the highlights so they start out looking very natural and grow out that way (sometimes I wait too long so this is a very good thing). He has a charming personality, a lot of fun to chat it up with. With both Debbie and Chris there has never been a wait and they've always been professional and friendly. read more

I love this studio. I found it about 5 years ago when our family moved to Burbank. I have moved a lot so have had many hairdressers, but these stylists are the best ever!!! I go to Chris (the owner).
