The menu made no mention of eggs - and if you've watched the show Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, you know Guy doesn't like eggs. So it made sense to us that it didn't have eggs. We ordered two over easy eggs to go on top. We should have asked if the entree included eggs, that would have been the smart thing to do, Anyway, there were scrambled eggs. But the over easy eggs were a nice addition. The potatoes in the bowl were so good and the jalapeños had a nice kick. My only request would be more butter on the toast. There was one little spot of butter. That is literally the only thing I would have changed. Overall a great experience!

Luckily there were only a few people ahead of us and this place doesn't really good job of keeping people on a steady flow in and out. They do require that you have all of your party ready to sit before they'll sit you down. We waited perhaps 5 minutes to get a table for four. Among us we ordered the eggs benedict, biscuits and gravy, and their classic breakfast sandwich. Across the board it was all very tasty. The biscuits and gravy I think use a sweet or sausage that I'm used to, but it was still very good. One of the best things about the eggs benedict is that it didn't taste just like the sauce, which is common. Instead you got the full medley of flavors from the egg and all the fixings. We also got their classic Italian bread french toast which is so buttery by itself you really almost don't need syrup. Served by very friendly but very efficient waitresses. The only downside, which this restaurant can't really control, is that parking is a pain and is expensive. But that's just a nature of the way the Strip District has grown. We didn't have any other sandwiches but they look like they would be delicious and this would be a good place for a brunch or lunch as well.
