My only issue is value, the packaging for the sides whether the fries, and we ordered the sweet potato fries or other items, it was so small, I didn't feel that was worth the price. If you spend $4 or 5 dollars for a side, I would have expected more quantity than you would pay for a $1 fries at a McDs or BK. The meals also can get pricey, but if you don't need the drink, and just order the burgers by themselves, it's a reasonable cost for a fast casual burger these days, but when it comes to some of the combo meals, I can see that spending over $20 for one can feel high and just doesn't quite reach the value of a few other places. Still, if ordered right, it makes for a great outing, or take out and I would come back for the great service alone.

The best time to come is around 11 in the morning or around 2:30 to 3 o'clock otherwise the line could get seriously long if you're doing the drive-through and if you're going inside during prime hours, you might get a little bit stock because the drive-through will temporarily block you from getting out so it takes a few extra minutes to leave so I highly recommend doing the drive-through or having more than enough time to be able to eat inside. The staff are always friendly and you can see how they hustle so I never feel annoyed and they've only ever gotten my order wrong once unfortunately they never answered the phone and it was a drive-through order so there was that one downside but otherwise all of my orders have been super hot and fresh and correct.
