I like this place because they don't make you change out of your clothes, but you still get all the benefits of the massage. They have you start with your feet in warm water while they work on your face, neck and arms. Then they pay a great deal of attention to your feet. I bought a gift certificate for my sister at this place for $96. The card was charged but they claimed that they didn't know if my sister could use it or not??? After many phone calls trying to figure this out-I can only attribute the confusion to not great phone skills or a language barrier? The first few times I went I loved it. Then I had masseuse who was also answering the phone during my session. I brushed it off as a fluke and returned. During my next session, a man came in repeatedly to speak with my masseuse in a normal street voice. I finally sat up and told him that he was being very rude. Been many times after my last incident with the sharing of towels...The last time I went I noticed a hand written note at the cashiers stating nothing less then a $10.00 tip really! I drove by yesterday and no cars in front. They have new owners and did a little more privacy stuff,but you can't really ask for a tip.I usually give 20% but don't tell me how much I have to tip. Ive been here twice. The first time was fine. I was taken to the bigger room that had around 12 beds in there. The second time, I was taken to some hidden room that only had one bed. I felt very uncomfortable being alone with the man, but I didn't want to make a big deal out of it. I had only underwear on underneath the towel, and he had adjusted the towel a few times, but I just felt awkward. Perhaps I'm overthinking the situation, but as he was massaging my legs, he had gone a little too far up, and it was just a little creepy. I don't even know where to start..... but by saying, I had the most horrible experience ever..... I set up an appointment for my spouse and I, and we get there 10 minutes before our appt time, the whole place was freezing cold when we came in, this young male didn't really great us either, I told him my appointment time, he said okay, walked off and sat on his phone, we sat for about 10 minutes past our appointment time, and was told the room was cold and we needed to wait a bit for it to warm up because there weren't any batteries in the heater......???? Mind you the lady who brought the batteries in was sitting in her car on her phone when we pulled up, it's then when we started walking in, she got out and brought them inside.... we waited and waited in a cold, erie, extremely quite and uncomfortable environment...... we decided to just walk out..... I didn't even ask for my money back; that's how upset and uncomfortable I was........ they need BETTER service for-sure. read more

Went there last Sunday for a 1 hour combination massage. I tried calling twice for an appointment but the calls went to voice mail. I did leave a message but no call back. I decided to do a walk in and was able to get a massage. The massage was good and would give it four stars. Since reading the reviews about clothing, I wore shorts under sweatpants and undressed to my shorts. I took my tee shirt off as I do not think a clothing message is good. The bad thing about the place was that the vents rattled when the heat kicked in. The first time it lasted for 10 minutes! The second time did not last long but it really messed with my overall experience. I tried to mention this afterwards, but the lady did not understand English. I have had many massages in different places, but this was the only place I did not care for the smell of the lotion after. I do not like the shared spaces, but the people coming and going we're the most respectful and hardly made any noise. Very clean inside and very friendly people. I visited this newly opened "Happy Feet massage" 5 times. I am totally satisfied with the price = $ 28 per hour. I have a full body massage.
