I am beyond upset I have been going to this bar for years on a personal note and in a professional manner we were doing our annual toy drive where we come through the bar every year and sell mistletoe and it's never been a problem until tonight when a manager decided to pretend we weren't even who we were it accuses of being fraudulent and it was not just offensive it was rude we raised over $800 gifts for Lane county's kids every year and we really need to sell the mistletoe in order to be able to to do that and if we don't sell the mistletoe in the bars and we don't get it to get the toys for the kids simple as that so as far as I'm concerned that bar is a Grinch bikers against bullies thank you oh and by the way we've been going there selling mistletoe for several years now so this is what's really shocking is that this manager would say that when we've been there so many years read more

We landed late in Eugene and needed an open-late bar... found this open spot between the airport and our Airbnb. Plenty of beer options, including Guinness (+++!!!). Bartender was super friendly, attentive and helpful. We loved it enough that we returned our last night in town -- same bartender, same friendly service, same good beer, plus we added in some good bar food. The food is good and there's a wide variety of drinks the service was lacking I would order a drink and be rudley ignored having to wait and remind the bartender two to three times that I was waiting on my drink. When my drink finally arrived it was shuved in front of me with the bartender rolling her eyes. The ambiance is ok. Smoking area is too close to the door. I smelled of cigarettes and cigars after I walked in. And inside the place stinks too. Yuk! I had washed my hair a few hours before I went in and when I walked out after the first song I heard that my friends were playing, my hair stunk and it still stinks! I love dive bars, my friends play in dive bars, but there's no dive bar like this stinky one!!! of course the music was good! I won't be back and they won't care. I play in a band based in Woodburn Oregon. Long established in the Woodburn, Salem and Portland areas. Went to Happy Hours in early July and talked to the manager about playing there (she's in charge of booking bands). She got out her desk top scheduling calendar. She booked us for August 7th and the 28th. Watched her write it on the calendar myself. Band name, my name and phone #. Messaged her the week before the gig, making sure everything was OK. No problem. Aug 7th we showed up at 6pm to set up for the show, only to find they had scheduled another band ! Seems they double booked two bands for Friday the 6th and they told one of the bands to come back on Saturday the 7th (OUR NIGHT). I had them get the calendar and I showed them we were written in for that date. They didn't care. We drove down from Woodburn and Mollala (80+ miles) in four vehicles and all our equipment. I asked for compensation for our time, effort and gas. They gave us a pizza (that we could get at Pappa Murphy's for $15). These people are dishonest and have NO honor. I've been playing music for over 40 years and this has NEVER happened to me before. We will NEVER do business with these rip-off artists again. Worst possible business establishment. Gave them one star because ZERO isn't an option. read more

We walked in just after New Years and stood at the bar for about 1/2 hour with the bartender not only blatantly ignoring us but looking right past us to the gentleman on the video poker machine. She served 5 people who showed up after us and low and behold we never did get served or acknowledged! Happy hours is a great place for good food and great drinks ! Service is great ! They have the best bartender her name is Larissa ! That's why I come here she knows what I like amd soon as she sees me it's on the bar waiting for me ! I was just informed that they are switching her schedule from the busy days to a Monday Tuesday gig ! So they will be loosing my business on those days ! Don't know why they're doing this she's way better than the two young men they have taking her shift ,but they are new at being "bartenders" amd they suck ! Just saying ! I met up with some friends for a few drinks and a bite to eat. I ordered a burger and a pitcher of beer. When the bartender handed me the pitcher I noticed a bunch of black things floating in it so I asked him about it. He took it then used a spoon to scrape the black stuff out, topped it off from the keg and brought it back to me. After setting it down he put his fingers in it to stir it around to see if he got all the black stuff out. Needless to say, I won't be going back. I wonder what they do to the food? read more

The menue from breakfast all the way to lunch is praise worthy. The staff is well mannered and friendly til the end :) what can I say about the bar besides it's clean big the restrooms are always clean and the drinks are copius, but again it's the family staff there that make it feel like it's a happy hour on the country side ;) read more

I came here just to catch the end of the Blazer game. There was a band playing but the game was on the TV. I ordered a beer, finished the game and asked for my tan. It was 7.00, so I asked "7.00 for a Coors light?". They told me 3.00 for the Coors Light, and 4.00 cover for the band. They never, EVER, said anything to me about a cover before I ordered. When I told them I wasn't gonna pay that they threatened to call the cops for theft. I have worked in the food and beverage industry for over 17 years. ( I manage a bar) and I urge even BEG all of you to never step foot in the door if this place! I have never ever been treated so poorly! read more

Go often for drinks in the evening and pizza because, well, it's good pizza, but breakfast blows, they boiled the home fries, who does that, it was horrible and bland and I'm Belgian and we love potatoes in any form, you can't mess them up, but they did, amazing. If you mess up a potato then you need to exit the kitchen. It's like you can judge a Mexican restaurant by their beans, if the beans suck, so goes everything else. read more

My friend and I are now enjoying drinks at another bar because we waited for 10-15 minutes and NOBODY showed up to take our drink order. This, even after the karaoke host announced that we were waiting. Two others got tired of waiting and left before us.
