SO YUMMY I love this place. I was never really a fan of hot pot and this changed my mind, now I'm the #1 fan. The meat melted in my mouth and the sides were so good. Even the buffet table was delicious. my tip is if you don't know what it is then you need to try it. unless ur allergic to a lot of things then maybe don't do that. but it was such a great experience, we waited for maybe 30ish mins on a busy day so make sure you add your name to the yelp waitlist before you leave the house

I was extremely impressed with this place. Very clean and well set up. Food was tasty... went for lunch, there was no need for all you can eat, the lunch portions is alot! The sauce is pretty standard for hot pot. Appetizers are delicious.. i will be back again!

Your usual hot pot. They have a lot of meat options to choose from, but obviously if you want the most you'll want to go with the highest tier. Their sauce bar is cool because they have everything you need to make your favorite sauces and they also have snacks and desserts, including a cotton candy machine there as well. Service is good, each time we ordered a set of meat, it came out really quickly and their quality of meats are top. Interior is kind like a luxurious vibe and bright. Definitely would come back.

Happy Lamb Hot Pot is a great spot for a hearty hot pot meal. The broth is delicious, especially the bone marrow broth. The lamb is tender and pairs well with the broth. There's also a variety of vegetables, seafood, noodles, tofu, meatballs, and other ingredients.

Been wanted to try happy lamb again since it got remodeled. The interior looks much cleaner and more modern now. There also seems to be more seating space, which makes the dining experience more comfortable. Came here Sunday night around 730pm and got seated within 3 mins. The service had also improved a lot, they used to ignore you all the time, but our waiters were very attentive throughout the dinner. The broth was very flavorful, and the quality of the meat has noticeably improved compared to before. We went with the $42 all-you-can-eat option, which felt like a great value for the amount and quality of food you get. Overall, it was a great hotpot dinner, and will definitely be coming back!

Came here for the first time on a Saturday night. There's a bit of a wait so I would recommend waitlisting on Yelp before you go. When we all got there, we were able to get seated immediately. Apparently they remodeled and the place looks beautiful. One complaint I have though is it may be hard to get to the sauces/dessert/other food in the back if there is a lot of people walking in and out. The space between tables along with the smaller tables they put the food on is rather small. I noticed the prices had slightly increased compared to the menu I was looking at before on Yelp (see pictures for updated menus). The food and broths were amazing! The house original is so good and you can just scoop some into your own bowl to drink. We ordered a lot of meat and noticed a couple meat platters weren't delivered during round 1; we had no issues during round 2 though. The marinated garlic beef and Australian wagyu brisket were so tasty, just all the beef in general. Pork belly was alright and I didn't eat any lamb. The wide bean noodles were also so chewy and delicious. Overall we all ate good and left feeling satisfied. I would come back (so glad they have locations in Socal)!

Amazing experience at Happy Lamb! I've always seen it driving by, but I've never had a chance to try it. The interior looks so elegant and is bigger than it seems on the outside. I loved everything I got and the sauce/appetizers/dessert bar is great. You have so many options and they were all so delicious. Service was friendly and quick. Definitely come when you're hungry.

The broth is amazing. We ordered our fav Tomato broth. We recently got into Golden Cabbage Broth which is sour and spicy. The newly renovated interior is so beautiful and clean, they are all booth seatings. It's Monday lunch so it's not crowded. Shoutout to our server Jin and Mauro. The service is amazing, they took great care of us making sure all the orders arrive quick and attend us with great smile and hospitality. We got two lamb lunch combos and it was plenty of food for both of us. Happy Lamb is by far my fav hotpot place in the US. It has been a tradition for me and my fiancé to visit whenever we crave for hotpot.

Update: there is now a DIY cotton candy machine! They just keep getting better and better. Everything I said before about quality of food and service still stands with today's visit

went here around 6:00 pm on a Saturday (valentine's day) was very packed. you walk in and there is a yelp waitlist on a tablet. we were 43rd so the wait was about going to be 2 hours, it was pretty accurate enough. we filled out a paper form while waiting to choose soup bases, proteins, noodles, etc., we found this helpful while waiting so we already know what we wanted. we were sat and they gave us water already, there is a sauce bar with unlimited starters, desserts, they also have a cotton candy machine & ice cream machine! i think that was such a great unique way of having more dessert inclusivity. we ordered a lot of meat on the menu. you can do 3 rounds and everything is pretty much self explanatory. they bring everything out pretty fast. since it was valentine's day we expected to wait long but the quality of the broth & meat was really delicious and one of the best hotpot we have been to. we really enjoyed this place and there is plentiful space but gets pretty crowded. the parking situation is a little tight since there are other restaurants, but overall everything was smooth and great once we were seated.

Overall, a solid hotpot spot. Occasionally they bring the wrong items or one or two things might be missing from the order, but it's not a deal-breaker. The food itself is good, and the waiters are friendly and attentive. A big plus is the snack bar -- lots of different appetizers to choose from -- and there's even a cotton candy machine, which is a fun touch. Definitely worth checking out despite the small hiccups.

Has this reopened as of 10/3/25? I tried calling, but phone number does not work.

Hi, thank you for checking in! We’re sorry — the reopening is expected at the end of October. Once we reopen, we’ll update the Yelp page to show “Open.”

Can I order ayce for just one person?

Yes. Our all-you-can-eat (AYCE) option is available for individual diners as well. We look forward to serving you!

    如果多人聚餐可有個人鍋而不是大鍋 ? 個人鍋吃起來也較隨性和衞生

    這家店沒有個人鍋

How much is all you can eat (ayce) price for adult?

    $ 22.99 before 4 PM $ 31.99 after。4 PM

Do they have all you can eat? If yes, on what days and price per adults? I can't find anything on their website. Thank u

    Only on Monday thru Thursday.

Do they have all you can eat here?

    Yes

Do they have lunch specials like little sheep?

    Yes

This used to be little sheep?

Yup, not sure why they changed their name

Is all the soup base gluten free?

    Any gluten free broth?

Most probably all broths should be GF

    All you can eat?

No, price will depend on what meat you choose (+additional toppings, etc)

Can they do half-half soup base with half mushroom broth and half original bone broth?

    I think so

Is it All you can eat on Tuesday only?

    Yes

Do they still have all you can eat?

Not yet, they usually start such promotion end June or early July till Sept. And it is usually on Tuesdays.

Are the menu the same for lunch and dinner?

You can have the same menu or you can have lunch special menu!

Hi, I have a question , do you serve the hot pot at lunch as same as the dinner? Cause I only eat Mongolian hotpot at dinner , so I don't know that they serve hotpit at lunch timenor not . Thank you so much

Yes, the menu is the exact same for lunch as dinner.

Does it have all you can eat?

No everything is a la carte

    Take out for hot pot?

Hi, they don't have take out available. But you can bring home your leftovers from dining in the restaurant.

When I went with my mom there was no customers. The server seated us at the bench closest to the wall (the table was pushed into the bench against the wall so we had to move it.) Apparently a lot of the legs on some of the tables and benches are wobbly so they put things under to balance it. The servers told us to move it back under the table since we pushed the table out to sit into the bench. My mom is older and she has a hard time walking, she asked to switch to another table where the benches and tables were already spaced out properly because it is hard for her to bend down and move the things under the table legs. The server gave my mom an attitude and asked why two people couldn't fit into our current table.

Liang definitely gives you more beef (meat, tendon, tripe) but it's also about 50% more expensive. They also added Chinese sauerkraut which makes the soup base very different. I personally prefer the 13 spices used in Duan. The noodles are also different. The texture of Duan is more consistent but Liang feels more handmade. Overall I'd prefer Duan over Liang but Liang has more choices such as beef pancake. In other words if you just want noodles Duan is a better choice but if you want more types of food this is an ok choice. There are also more choices for tea here.
