The incident was reported to the director, but the only action taken appears to have been filing a report and moving her to another classroom. At four years old, my niece is fully capable of communicating what happened to her, and the physical marks supported her statement. Despite this, the teacher is still employed at the school. We were also informed that the cameras are only monitored live and do not record footage, which raises serious concerns regarding accountability and student safety. As a parent or family member, this situation is extremely disturbing. I would not recommend this daycare based on how this matter was handled. I believe incidents involving allegations of physical harm toward a child should be taken far more seriously and investigated thoroughly. I intend to follow up with the appropriate state agencies to request a formal inspection and review of this facility. No child should ever feel unsafe in a learning environment, and no teacher accused of inappropriate physical conduct should remain in the classroom without a proper investigation.

From the very first day, the staff made my children feel welcomed, safe, and cared for. They treat the kids like family, and it shows in how happy and excited my little ones are to go every morning. The teachers are patient, loving, and truly dedicated to helping the kids learn and grow. They are closed 12 days out of the year (Thanksgiving =2 days and Christmas = 3 days) with several additional early release dates where they close at 3pm. On top of that, every year they hike rates and registration fees. Traditionally the older the child gets the cheaper the tuition.. NOT HERE. Yes, you pay everyday they close their doors and you will need to use your PTO as well. Also, they reduced the sibling discount from 10% to 5%. What happened to dependable affordable child care?!

We love the associate director at this school and we thought we loved the teachers. but there have…read morebeen stories of kids being locked up in the bathroom. there are no cameras in the classrooms. when it is a child's voice vs. an adult's story unfortunately it is difficult to prove. if you have a child or toddler who attends this school strongly encourage you to have conversations with them about being locked in the bathroom for being "bad". DFPS dropped by this school but found nothing. it is difficult to prove wrongdoing when dfps drops by for a short amount of time.

When she graduated PK in 2023-2024 class. She made amazing friends in that class and going into public school, she was leaps and bounds ahead. Her teachers were amazed and commended her PK teacher for preparing her so well. The staff, administrators and teachers care about their students and they try to make learning very engaging. She experienced music and art and computers and be able to tell me about how the self portrait was in the style after Picasso. Ms. Nazima herself is a jewel and should never be let go at all costs because she loves kiddos like they are her own. The extra events and parties that Creme holds are also very special and fun. The Halloween party was so much fun we all still talk about it. I highly recommend them. We also have really enjoyed the second year of Camp Champ in the summer.
