I honestly don't ever write reviews unless it is something i think others should be notified of. But my son use to go here. Recently we tried somewhere new and he had his teeth worked on and the dentist said his previous dentist did not do a good job filling his teeth. Us thinking his teeth are ok but only for it to become more decay. Also there was a dead tooth he had due to him playing soccer. Happy tooth said his tooth was fine as long as it wasn't in pain. But the new dentist said it's so bad it hit his nerve. Its unfortunate because the staff is really nice and it's convenient to home. But i rather drive further to have work done the right way. read more

Dr.Wong is the BEST at dealing with kids. Our friendly staff are so patient and make our patients dental visit very comfortable. I've worked at 4 different dental offices. Not one matches the amount of happiness i feel to work here. Our office is the most friendliest and professional office there is. I only started working here 2 months ago but I feel like I've been working here forever. Definitely see myself a part of this team for the rest of my dental career. This is what Iv'e been looking for. I hope you call and make your appointments here for you kids, we take Medi-Cal and PPO private insurances. We make a dental visit for you kids a walk in the park. My children have been patients of Dr. Aubrochon (spelling?) since my oldest was 8 years old and my middle son was 2 years old(2009). We've moved away and continued to travel to the Bay Area for their dental care. When their dentist retired and Dr. Wong took over we were very happy with the transition! Here we are 11 years later and still Happy with the care my children receive here at Happy tooth. The staff are super nice and know us well! Hello everybody, Let me start off by saying about my experience in Happy Tooth Dental Office and his amazing staff. 5 stars just aren't enough for this amazing office. Dr. Wong is one of the most caring and thorough dentists ever and his friendly staffs are exactly the same way. The front desk assistants are super nice and extremely friendly and they will answer any question you may have. He is super professional and very knowledgeable about what he's doing. He is very skilled and pays attention to details. I had a lot of dental treatment done with him and I'm completely satisfied with the result. And secondly , My son had cavities and needed crowns. After several months going to a different dentist and nothing being done, I drove by this location and gave them a call based on their Yelp reviews. I can honestly say it was the best decision I ever made. The staff are very nice and friendly. The dentist is very good at what he do. My son had all his work done the same week. I'm very happy with their service and definitely recommend parents to take their kids here. My son is 6yrs old and he didn't complain about pain or anything. Dr. Wong is amazing. We thought we had a great dentist in Noe Valley, San Francisco until they missed a cavity. All the fancy gadgets, impressive office and personalized attention is meaningless if they could miss a cavity so big that I identified it myself. My 5 year old almost ended up with a root canal, which is what the Noe Valley dental office recommended. After a close friend recommended Dr. Wong, we went there for a second opinion. He was able to just fill the cavity. Dr. Wong has since always taken extra time and care with our daughter. He even reviews the X rays with me to reassure me that her teeth are healthy. Dr Wong and his staff are the kindest and most receptive dentist office I've ever been to. My 3yo son had some serious tooth decay that was identified by another east bay pediatric dentist. They wanted to put my son under general anesthesia and charge me a lot to make the procedure happen, an amount I couldn't afford. Dr Wong helped me to figure out a plan that would be safer for my child and also more cost effective. He has always been very kind in answering all my questions (I have a lot) about procedures, follow up, and insurance. His staff is really kind. My two boys feel very at home at the office and I don't worry about taking them there. read more

Dr. Wong is hands down the best pediatric dentist that I've ever had the experience of meeting. His ability to communicate and explain things with my 5 year old still has me in disbelief. A friend recommended Happy Tooth to me a few weeks back when my son needed to see a dentist and our family dentist had just retired. He has several cavities that needed to be filled but can get agitated and fussy in the chair so when I learned that the price for sedation was very reasonable I opted to pay for sedation. Dr. Wong was very professional, walking me through what to expect and explaining the sedation process to me. The appointment went well and my son was not agitated during the entire visit. It was nice to have all procedures completed in the one visit so we did not have to return for multiple appointments. I was referred by a friend to Dr Wong and I'm glad I finally went. My daughter has always had a hard time when having dental work done. She's 10 and needed a cleaning and went back for a couple fillings. I was very impressed by how calm she was at both appointments. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my daughter. I brought my sons here to see Dr Aubuchon but it turns out that he has retired. Dr Wong is the new dentist and he is just as good as Dr Aubuchon. Very patient and gentle with my kids. He speaks Chinese and his assistants speak Spanish and Tagalog. Highly recommended! read more

Dr. Wong and his staff are a phenomenal team. They provide the best care for all of my children's dental needs, especially my youngest, who needed to have her tooth extracted at only 10 months old. I must say, they were amazing with her! They handled her situation so well and with so much care and ease. My kids always look forward to their appointments. They are not afraid to ask questions and love lying to Dr. Wong that they floss and brush twice a day (he knows they, definitely, don't). I like to schedule my appointments early in the day and they are always accommodating us at 7am. They may hate us for it, but they certainly hide it well. We are in and out of the office in 30 minutes, for all 4 kids. They don't even need a Doctor's note for school. My two oldest are transitioning adults and are very sad they will have to find a new dentist soon since they are no longer considered to be a part of the "pediatric" category. Overall, I am exceedingly pleased we decided to stay with Happy Tooth after Dr. Aubuchon retired. read more
