Maybe it was my mood, my appetite, or some other cosmic forces at work but nothing sounded good except for a meatball sub, which I am indifferent on. The three of us placed our orders, sat down, and waited. It didn't take long before we had our food. My dad and Matt ordered a soup of some sorts. I looked at my meatball sub and thought that it just didn't look appealing. But, not one to let my apprehension get in the way of eating perfectly okay food, I dug in. It... wasn't bad. For not expecting much, the sandwich was pretty decent. After a few bites, my appetite worked it's way over to accepting what I was eating and was okay with it. As I finished, I asked how my dad and Matt were enjoying their meals. I got a very 'eh' response from both of them. I would be willing to try Noodles & Company again should I be with someone who wants to go.
