Lots of experience with these dudes and all a bad experience. Kalmazoo MI 49007............. where do I begin? Delivery boy stormed off mad, I'm on SSI disability I could not afford a TIP (1 Dollar?) SOOO sorry, slammed my door shut stormed off, freaked me out, made me think he spit in the food. Called them up not trusting that dude asking for a whole new dilvery (I'm sure you'd do the same if a dilvery guy was like this.... spit in your food they needed to fire his butt) Okay so the manager is a total snob. Not pleasant. Any complaints she would tell you (indirectly) dial 1-800-I-DON"T-GIVE-A-CRAP Ordered Buffalo wings from them, wings only breaded, the sauce? Bottom of the box....... sauce was like, not even treated on the wings themselves but at the bottom of the box....... like.......... what a sloppy job!!!!!!!! I cannot even rate the restaurant or their employees I only selected one star because I had to choose something to continue. tonight I went in after working all day just wanting to grab food and go home it was 1130 pm business hours are open until midnight. I walk in an the guy open yells we are closed.... I respond you guys are supposed to be open until midnight he rudely says what do you want so I say chicken he says yeah sorry we closed have a good night.... I was very annoyed considering I just ordered food two nights ago around the same time and was not told they are closed. This is probably my favorite steakhouse in town. If you're going to splurge, this is the place to do it. The service is prompt but gruff, though I'd argue that's part of the rustic steakhouse feel. Our waiter, Tom, was able to give us some great guidance and was especially helpful for pairing beers with our steaks. Everything you've heard here is 100% true and then some! Obviously the steak is the main event, and every time I go it's top-notch -- juicy and perfectly cooked. Don't skip dessert! cheap ass con artists with stupid employees. i order from these guys all the time, and the jackass who has decided to work there has refused me service because of a "$10" minimum, when my order goes over $11. thats even besides the point.I order from these guys all the time and only get the medium pepperoni, most of the time. Probably one of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten. I opened the box and there were literally pools of grease on top of the cheese. When trying to eat this shiit pie the cheese would slide right off the dough. The flavor wasn't horrid but still somewhat funky. The staff looked like they just got out of prison. Tried Happys for the first time a week ago. Got 3 lg 2 topping pizzas for a pretty decent price. Was really impressed both myself and my husband really liked the pizza which is rare for us. Just ordered subs and burgers with cheese fries hoping to enjoy both as much as we did their pizzas. If not we'll just stick to their pizzas. read more

Great pizza. Ribs and rib tips were on point!!! My buddy used to work there as a driver and said they are extremely busy for deliveries something like 6 drivers a night on a weekday!!!
