I don't quite know how they do it, but the crust is paper thin, the integrity is incredible, the crust is actually flavorful, and best of all (in my opinion): the crust is CHEWY. My mind was blown. I didn't even mention the price yet: $11.95 for a pie. You can barely get a coffee for cheaper than that anymore, let alone a delicious meal. I'm a fan for life.
