There's street parking and different structures you can park in as well. It's also on the second floor of a plaza, pretty easy to find. The inside is designed weird bc the front desk isn't obvious and you have to turn a corner to find it? There was only 1 person working that shift when I arrived. Apparently other people reserved 8pm too but they all were late so my social lane ended up being just me for a while before others joined. Sebastian did a great job of explaining the rules and he was super nice always coming around to check on me and the group of friends I randomly bumped into. He was very attentive and kind and funny! I called the number for the company today and got a voice mail "that we are probably out on the river". I have not received a refund. These are not reliable people to do business with.
