Originally, we booked for 4 people but one person got sick so we asked if we could transfer the funds for that person for another experience since there are no refunds. Luckily, was able to contact them the day before and added the bunny paint pour over experience. Ozzie was our guide and he was super kind and gentle with my daughter. We were instructed to pick 5 colors and then we donned our plastic bootie covers, apron and gloves. We entered our designated art room and was blown away by all the colors on the wall. There was even a tire swing which my daughter was all about. The spinning art experience was a lot of fun and I enjoyed seeing my daughter embrace the paint. I think her favorite part was when she had free rein to paint all over the walls. Overall, we had a great time. Only down side is that it does go by super quick and is quite an expensive experience for one hour. However, we get to have a treasured memento which is ready for pick up about 5 days afterwards and we did have a great time. That being said, #noragrats!

I received an email saying we were rebooked and the chef was confirmed and that we would receive details a few days before. Yesterday I reached out for details and was told they "dropped the ball" and we had not been rebooked. The customer service agent claimed she had no record of our ever being told we rebooked (I sent her the emails). She said we were refunded, then changed her story when I said I saw no refund and said we were never charged. No offer to book another class. Even a confirmation email from them does NOT mean you have a reservation!
